Dog Pet Pen Playpen CLS-960 Small - Pink w/Top

I love this crate! It's gorgeous! Looks way better than the black crates or silver crates/kennels.

It's a perfect fit for my Bichon's height. Some Bichons and other small dogs are climbers though, so it may be possible for them to climb out. It's about 3 feet high, though, so it's not that easy to climb out of. It looks awesome. I do wish the seller offered a top for it. I see in the picture on my item it shows a label with an optional top. I can't read the language so I don't know what it says or how I can get a top. I would love to get one, just in case my dog tries to get out, jump over, or climb over it.

The white fencing part is metal and very strong. The white bottom is like the regular kennels that you see in the store which are plastic, but a little better quality than the black flooring in the regular kennels. But the pink posts are plastic. I am trying to think of a way to describe the plastic. It is like plastic on a toy. It's not that I think it is weak, but I just thought the pink part was going to be like the resin on slides at the kids' park. It's not. If you bang the plastic against something hard or hit it with a hammer it will shatter in pieces. I don't like that it's cheap plastic on the posts, but would I return it? No way! It looks awesome! If your dog is calm and a smaller breed, then it will be fine. But if you have a german shepherd puppy, this kennel is not strong enough for it for sure!

Still I give it 5 stars because the company shipped it right away, it is new, looks exactly as the picture you see (minus the water bottle, pink bed, and training pad holder) and it looks cute cute cute!! Even my adult male Bichon went in it because he liked it so much! Lol.

I love the pink playpen. It gives lots of room for our maltese to play in but she was able to jump out.

I'm not sure if the mesh roof will keep her in. It is an attractive playpen vs the metal crates.

It did arrive very promptly and we added the water bottle to the side.

Dog Pet Pen Playpen CLS-960 Small Pink. Item arrived in huge box totally in Chinese. Worse, extensive assembly instructions of 30-40 pieces were in Chinese. In addition, bars were too far apart for my tiny puppy and she could have gotten stuck. I was told only way to return was by paying $20-25 (on a $69 item). Seller would not provide prepaid UPS label so I could have box picked up as it was too heavy to carry and would not fit in my car to return by USPS mail as seller demanded. Amazon's guarantee was of no help as it only reinforced seller's policies. BEWARE this seller and its hidden policies and total lack of customer service. Wag.com pays all postage for returns, provides a label and timely credit and also provides all assembly instructions in English. This was my worst experience purchasing an item from an internet seller and I have purchased hundreds of items.

Love it!

The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because of my initial impression of the product. It came in a box from china without a scratch of English on the box or the instructions and the corners are made with a fragile looking plastic.

But once assembled I was truly amazed. I love it and highly recommend it. My yorkie loves it as it is not confining as the traditional pens and there is no zipper that breaks or get stuck as in the newest fad in pet pens (which I had and highly discourage anyone from buying). Also it is very attractive looking and I actually receive compliments on as it is in my living room.

I loved this so much until I just ordered the yelllow one. My two little Yorkie puppies love this playpen. It was just the right size for our bedroom and the crate looks nice (as far as crates go.) The service was GREAT and would order from ABC anytime any place.
