2 pads in each pack, and a great fit for our Sherpa carriers (1 Delta approved soft-sided Sherpa carrier, and 1 large soft-sided Sherpa deluxe travel carrier). I just wish I'd bought TWO packs instead of just one when I ordered, though, because we have a LONG trip ahead of us, and some backup pads would be ideal. It's much more "cloth-like" on the top where my cats will come into contact with it, than I had thought it would be. I'm very pleased with the pads, and am feeling pretty confident about using them. My only problem, and this isn't with the pads themselves, is trying to figure out how will be best to use them in the carriers. I'm thinking most likely to take out the soft, removable carrier lining, inserting the pad, and just giving the cats their "blankies" on top of the pad. The dry fur pads have REALLY taken away any worries I had about the cats' comfort regarding possible accidents during travel.

I love them for how thin, but effective they are. Myself and my friends use these pads on international flights that equal about 26 hours of total travel time (this time includes from the cat enters the carrier at the departure city, transport time, flights, layovers, transport time, and getting to the destination). Even though these pads don't help with poop it will protect whatever is underneath the pad and make removing the feces much easier. My biggest complaint, which really isn't much of a complaint is that these pads are not soft/padded enough for trips as long as ours. Our carriers have very nice, soft padded inserts that become useless if you put the Dry Fur on top of them. If you put the Dry Fur pads underneath the padded insert the dry Fur pads become useless.

While I love these pads I may have to try cutting up puppy pads to try inside for such long trips because they may have more padding/cushioning to them. On shorter trips I would highly, highly recommend using Dry Fur pads even without a padded insert.

Thanks in part to the reviews I read on Amazon, I purchased this product for my road trip with my dog and cat. Though the cost may be higher than one would expect, you won't regret buying them. I had a 12 hour drive with a couple of stops, however my cat wasn't well and I didn't want her to have any issues in her carrier. The beauty of this product is if there are any accidents, the insert draws the moisture AND odors away and converts them into a gell substance within the insert. The cat was happy as she is fastidious about cleanliness and odors; and I was happy as the drive went smoothly with easy cleanups. I will never travel with my pets and without this product.
