i have had several of these sort of collars in past. this one seems to hold up much better than the others. been using it daily for the past year or so and have no complaints at all. has worked exactly as described and have had zero problems. I would recommend this.

this product is well worth the money. i only had to zap my dog on a low level one time and now she listens or i use the tone and she listens. great investment.

You know sometimes you read the bad reviews and you think, oh man this guy or gal is just ranting. It can't really be that bad right? Well that was me. I figured after reading like 200 reviews that some of these people just don't know how to use the thing or that they expect it to be gold plated or something. So after it getting lost in the mail ( was supposed to be one day shipping ) I finally got it a week later. So I went ahead and unpacked it and charged it up. I followed the instructions on how to pair it up to the receiver and gave it a test. At first it seemed to work ok but as soon as I put it on my dog and let her do the things she normally does, Nothing. No beep, No vibration, No Buzz My dog just acted like she normally does and ignored me. So after going through all the instructions again, no change. I even had the radio antenna touching the receiver and still no beep vib or buzz, and now it won't even synchronize. Now I have to say that the instructions say that the little metal button on the back of the receiver has to be in the little rivet hole on the collar (supposedly the antenna). They are crazy to think that the stupid little metal nub on the back of the receiver will stay in the hole. The curve of the cheap plastic collar keeps it from staying put. The receiver seems to be made of good quality parts but the radio is a piece of cheap plastic junk. I had toys that were made better than this. This was supposed to be a 500 meter unit. It would not even work at 5 centimeters. In the end I sent it back. I will not be buying another. A special thought on these units is that if your dog is a shaker then this thing is all over her neck. You start it on the bottom and pretty soon it's on the side or half way around. Very poor design. Also, why they don't design these collars to clip on and off is beyond me. You spend half your time putting it on or taking it off. Total waste of time and money. Don't buy this junk and save yourself the hassle.

i love this product, it isn't just a shock collar but it has three settings to warn dog like you beep first second vibrate third shock i have only had to schock my dog once he hates the sound he has been such a good dog since we bought this item i would recomend this for hard to train dogs worth every penny

Works really good, does what I expected it to do, the collar unit does not shut off after pressing the button, but as long as I keep it charged works good.
