This is cute collar, but too big for rat terrier which is who I bought it for. He's about 17lbs.

I don't mean to be obvious, but in the end, if you have quick access to a petstore, it is easier to just take your dog in. The way it bends made it uncomfortable, I ended up finding a slimmer, clothe collar, at the store.
