Looking to do something different with your dog this year but don't quite know how to get started? Make a game of it after all, dog training can be done in short segments. Pick a card, any card and then follow the directions for a good time for both of you. Some cards remind you to update a photo or your dog's health records. Think you have no time? What about hide and seek? When you're in a room away from your dog, just call and let him find you. Practice sit/stay in a room not usually used for training. Have a friend give him the cues for his tricks.
Each of the fifty-six training cards is a reminder that training doesn't have to be an hour long session. If you have a few minutes, do something educational and fun with your dog! You'll both benefit. Even when you're watching tv or reading a book, your dog can practice a good down/stay. A simple change in the route you walk with your dog can be a chance to learn something new.
These cards are good for new dog owners and a reminder for experienced owners.
