Replacement Collar Receiver compatible with W-227 Smart Dog In-ground Pet Fencing System

We bought two of these to use with the SportDOG fence:

SportDOG 100-Acre In-Ground Pet Fence System, SDF-100A

The PetSafe collars work just fine with it, so we assumed these would as well, since they are compatible with the petsafe system. No luck. Neither collar worked... Bummer since these are so cheap compared to the SportDog and PetSafe brands.

The collar works great and was worth buying. My dogs don't get out anymore. I recommend this collar if you have dogs. They were prompt in shipping I out.

it works, but albeit not very well. it gets confused and doesn't prewarn my pooch as effectively like the petsafe unit did. BUT since my dog knew the boundaries from before it is good enough. three stars for the product, no complaints for the seller!

This collar is compatible and works well. It is priced very reasonable. I would definitely recommend if you need a replacement, however I would not recommend the cheap original electric fence systems.
