I purchased this fence for my 2 dogs who chase squirrels and rabbits out of my yard. the wire is flimsy, but it was cheap to begin with. The collars never really worked right. they would beep for no reason and scare my dogs.I had to replace 1 of them.I did only lay the wire around the yard without burying it in spots , but it would break every time a rabbit even ran over it. Every morning i was out looking for a break and fixing it.Anyway my dogs ran through numerous times. The shock apparently wasn't strong enough to stop them from chasing something. My dogs both weigh about 50 lbs.I thought it was a waste.I guess you get what you pay for. I thought I could go cheap since I purchased about 6 shock collars previously from amazon, they all broke. Or my dogs jumped in the pond with them on.
