ALTHOUGH THIS PRODUCT IS A GREAT PRICE,THE ACTUAL PRODUCT IS CHEAP! THE GRASS PAD IS SO THIN AND DOES NOT ABSORB ANYTHING. MY 3 MONTH OLD PUPPY TORE THE CHEAP GRASS MAT UP IN ONE DAY SO I HAD TO THROW IT AWAY THIS MORNING. I ORDERED A NEW PRODUCT TODAY AND NOW HAVE ENDED UP SPENDING MORE MONEY...DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT IT IS CHEAP AND SERVES NO PURPOSE, IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I ONLY GAVE IT ONE STAR BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY WAY IT WILL LET ME POST COMMENT.

Received the paw puppy trainer today. The artificial grass is chopped up, ragged edges and falling apart. The artificial grass is cut way to small and does not fit the tray. The clamps that hold the two layers together are warped and do not hold. If a puppy ever used it the grass would come out of the tray just by them walking on it. A piece of Crap.

THE TRAY IS OK BUT THE MAT IS THE BIGGEST PIECE OF JUNK.IT CAME AS IF A 2YR OLD CUT IT.HAD TO ORDER A REAL PIECE THAT FIT THE TRAY PLEASE DON'T BUT THIS PRODUCT YOUR PUPPY WILL DESTROY IT IN ONE DAY. AND GET READY TO BUY ANOTHER MAT.I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PRODUCT A NO STAR FOR VALUE.APACHE FROM THE BRONX

This product has a decent price but the product itself is not up to par. The grass piece is very cheap, it doesn't fit the plastic part. Nothing Is holding the grass to the plastic so it just gets kicked around by my dog. Also after three washes with soap the grass started to smell funny. Also the grass is very easy for a dog to chew up and rip. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
