The item seems to be made of a high quality leather, but it simply doesn't fit boxers. I have two full blooded females and a full blooded male. On the tightest setting they are able to knock it off with little to no effort. The top half sits uncomfortably on their face and is dangerously close to their eyes, if I were to tighten this down where it couldn't be taken off it would come in contact with the dog's eyes. Would not recommend for use with a full grown Boxer.I am satisfied with item quality and shipping, the product is just simply not made for a boxer.
