This is a beautifull collar. I love it.I bought it for Male long hair Chihuahua. Looks great on him.Very STUDDLY. My husband likes it alot to. He calls it our babys BLING.Our Chi(not thin) wts 9 1/2 lbs and wears 12" to 14" collar.
