We love these collars!!! We had to exchange for a larger size and the customer service was amazing!!!! They were very quick to respond with the return info and sent the new one out immediately. We highly recommend this seller. We look forward to doing business with them in the future!!
I love this harness, and bought a second one after the first proved so successful. We have small dogs (12-15 lbs), but I've heard it works just as well with a 180 lb labrador. We used to dislike taking the two dogs out as our fingers would be bruised and arms would be sore from all the pulling. Now walking them is so completely different and very enjoyable. We no longer hear the hoarse rasping breaths they made if we used a choke collar, and we no longer have the sore arms that came along with other harness styles. I highly recommend it. I like also that there are tweener sizes available, as the smaller of the two dogs was too big for the petite and too large for the medium. I bought the medium sized one first at Petco, and the second through Amazon because Petco didn't carry the tweener size.
