Bought this product because I couldn't find a Halti on amazon for the right price. After I got it we tried it a few times with the dog, adjusting different things, and it kept slipping up her face and across her eyes. Not nearly as good as the Halti.Unfortunately since it had been two weeks, the amazon seller wouldn't take it back. I was very disappointed with that and probably would keep me from purchasing from that seller again.
Save yourself some headache and get a Halti.
