Mine is a mixed review.... I ilke the fact that the bells can be lowered closer to the floor for small dogs... however having the 3 large bells at the bottom makes it heavy for a small dog to use.... would be better is the bells were more spread out on the ribbon or, perhaps, were smaller...Save 26% Off
