Mdog2 300-Yard Petrainer 2 Dog Remote Training System with LCD Display

This product has poor and non-existent instructions on how to use it. I tried the the static mode to test the system with the test light LED. It didn't work. I didn't investigate the Remote Training System enough to see there was a length to the collar which is my fault. My dog is a large dog with a 20" circumfrance to his neck. I hope I can return this product.
