The packaging is great, but the product inside is awful. When I received it. I really didn't like it at the first sight as it consists of eight low quality L-Shape plastic parts. But I decided to give it a try. Then it turned out whenever I change the pad, the pad holder fell apart easily and I had to reassemble it again and again. It was really annoying. But the thing is my roommate threw away the package and I can't return it.
This is a great invention. So easy to use and holds the pee pad real tight. My puppy does not chew the pee pad anymore.
