My pup was starting to chase cars. One "warning, then a gentle zap" did the trick. Now when he hears the "warning" he stops on a dime and returns to me....with no hesitation. Great way to keep them safe!
The collar set came quick enough, but what a piece of crap! The collars don't hold a charge for anything, the transmitter is slow to switch receivers, there IS NOT an option for transmitting to both collars, and if you have a fluffy dog, YOU'RE BONED!!! The prongs cannot get through all the hair! Contacting the sender is as easy as putting an elephant in pantyhose. You're never going to get them to admitt this product is crap and you'll never pry your money back from their greedy little paws. It's garbage now. Suggestion, go to cabelas or bass pro shop and get a training collar there.
