My dog loved the toy that goes with these refills as well as these refill treats. This was his favorite toy/treat and he chewed the holder so much he deformed it. Once the holder was deformed, the refills no longer fit. My complaint with the refills is that if they were just a little less rigid, they might fit in the deformed holes. Alas, they are very rigid/hard little treats. It is very hard to find anything else that will fit in those specifically shaped little holes.Likes:

If you haven't bought the holder yet, I recommend a different holder for strong chewers. If you have bought the holder, these refills are all I could find to fill it and, as long as I could fit them in the holes, I found them worth it.

The Romp 'N' Chomp is the problem. My dog loved the romp n chomp and chewed it to the point where the treats could not fit into the toy. It would be OK I guess for a dog who does not destroy chews.
