I purchased the 10-13" puppy bumper for my 10lb Shih Tzu and it works wonders. She hasn't escaped from my yard once while wearing it (a daily occurrence otherwise) while still being able to run/wrestle/explore/nap normally (she does not even seem to notice it is on). As for quality, though it is lightweight, it has held up beautifully after 2 months of daily wear & multiple rounds in the washer/dryer. It's a great humane/cost-effective alternative to an invisible fence for a dog who is immune to a physical one.

Out little Norwich Terrier (11 lbs) was the queen of squeezing under the fence and skipping down the road. We got her a Puppy Bumper (Queenie Collar) and no more escapes. She doesn't mind wearing it a bit, but we do always take it off indoors because it gets in the way when she wants to sleep. Love it!
