We have 2 mini Dachshunds male and female. Female (10) is a short hair and responds easily. We show her the controller and she stops barking. The male,long haired is 6 is stubborn and doesn't remember what happened the last time he barked! He usually responds to the warning but when I have to use the "blast", he is OK for awhile but will bark again. What am I doing wrong? I'm going to call the company today but just in case my story is familiar, please write to. Maybe you can help me. Judy
