I'd give it a zero if possible:

-Randomly shocks dog for no reason

-$100 unit required to activate bark control which in turn does not control barking

-Especially problematic in the rain

-False escape alerts

-Poor quality components (Battery cover on collar)

-Company does not stand behind product (I will remove this review if refund is granted)
