While a little on the small side, it has a good sound and is quality. Stay away from the plastic ones, they border on being garbage(I know, I bought two of them as well)and are a complete waste of time and money.
this is a tiny quality metal whistle. very loud. works great for training. can wear it all the time since it is so small. it is flat. heavy for it's size but since it is so small feels quite good. I would recommend this for its quality and sound. it came quickly as well

The whistle is very high quality and the sound does definitely get the dogs attention. It is much smaller than I had anticipated. I bought it for use at the dog park when occasionally dog fights break out. Because of the size its a little hard to access quickly. My only caveat.

this thing sucks, its really loud for my ears, i thought it supposed to be only for dogs but its pretty annoying for people too
