I started off using newspapers and decided to move to training pads. My puppy was not automatically attracted to these pads which is why I deducted a star. It took the constant effort of moving her to the pads even after she'd had an accident to get her to use them. I think once she uses them the scent attracts her back. The pads are absorbent, and I use the large pad for the puppy to give ger the ability to reuse it since there are not very many in the bag, which is why I deducted another star. No issues with tearing or leakage. Overall, they are a big improvement on newspapers, but I will try another brand to get a better comparison.

my puppy just simply tore it up i guess it just depends on the puppy i just wish it was more than three pads

I buy this brand at our local grocery store every week. I pay $1 per pack of 3!!!! I can't believe Amazon is selling one pack for over $6!!!! We use them for our elderly cat. They do get soggy quickly but so far, they are the better puppy pads out of all the brands we have tried.
