This Product is not on my dogs " Best Gift Ever List". The Tri-Tronics product does everything they said it would. All I had to do is charge it, switch it on and put it on my dog. The control activation buttons are easy to use. Both transmitter and recever are light weight. My Lab does'nt mind wearing it. Transmitter fits in you pocket, no long antena to poke you like the earlier versions did. I have owned Tri-Tronics products in the past and only had to get new batteries, which I sent the products to Tri-Tronics and there customer service handled my product quickly, I had it back in my hand within ten days.
