DOGTEK NoBark Voice Bark Control Collar

This is the collar I use on a small pug, at first it didn't do anything but that was because I forgot to turn it on. There is not button on the collar, you need to use the red magnetic key to switch it on. It works great, my dog bark a lot less with the collar on

the collar worked correctly. i'm sure it works for some dogs, but it had no effect on my dog. maybe she falls in the "extra stubborn" category. she was somewhat curious about the vibration the first time it happened, she sniffed her butt to see if that's where the sensation came from. however, it did not control her barking at all.

It didn't work at all...can I return it? We tried it yesterday with my dogs trainer and it didn't work at all...very disappointed.
