my 1 year old jack russell was chasing cars at EVERY opportunity. i honestly used this collar 1 time and she has avoided cars totally in the month since. i connot attest to its long term quality since i used it only once, but i am certainly impressed. i told her "NO" and hit vibrate which she ignored. i repeated the command and hit shock. she yelped but didnt stop. i repeated, she stopped and that was all.

I purchased this for the vibrate setting to get my dog's attention when he barked. The vibrate didn't even startle him. I tried the shock button once and it did nothing. The flashlight worked.
