Pet Training Whistle Adjustable Dog Training Whistle
This whistle is not even the slightest bit quiet, no matter how hard you blow.
The shipping also took quite a while. :/
But my dogs do respond to it, and I can't whistle worth a hoot, so it wasn't a complete waste of money.
