I purchsed the SD-105S yard trainer for my Border collie mix to help with her tendency to chase cars. I have only had this product for a couple of weeks, but it has worked wonders. I no longer hesitate when taking her for walks off leash, the tone only option brings her right back to my side instantly. Highly recommend this product.
We own a large Doberman that is quite stubborn and unfortunately has quite a prey drive. We did not want to lose him over chasing squirrels into the street, so we opted to get him a shock collar. Like other reviewers have stated, you only need to shock your dog maybe twice before they get the association between the tone and shock.
