PetLawn Original Waste Management System, 20 by 30-Inch

Dear Pet Lawn,

So, my hubby and I purchased a pet lawn at this year's Orange County Pet

Expo. Last year, we were so impressed with the idea, but we didn't commit

to purchasing the lawn because of our living situation. (we didn't have a

patio or anywhere to put it in our small apartment) However, the young man

representing PetLawn at the PetExpo was so delightful and helpful, we were

just so impressed! We made a decision that the following year, (2012) if we

saw the product and salesman again, we would try one out since our living

situation had changed and that made it possible to use the PetLawn. Let me

just say, we LOVE your product!!!!! Our elderly Maltese uses it with vigor

and excitement, and this was a big concern for me personally because she has

arthritis and I didn't think she would want to "step up" into the lawn.

Boy, was I wrong! Our younger poodle loves it too. It has saved us sooo

much time and, believe it or not money! We used to go through at least 3

pads/day for our Maltese alone but because your pads are so super absorbent,

we only change the pad once a day! (the poodle would go outside in our

apartment) Thank you so much from the bottom of our heart for making our

little pups lives stress free, and ours too!!!! We look forward to seeing

you guys at the next year's Orange County PetExpo!

I purchased a Petlawn, as I live in an apartment in NY, and it's not always easy to get out in the snow and ice in the winter.

This product does everything they say it's going to to. I had my puppy housebroken in 2 weeks, and we started him at 8 weeks. I intend to use this inside at all times, but if you keep your puppy going outside while using the Petlawn, you can train them to go in both areas.

So, if you want to use this part time and go outside the rest of the time, that's not a problem at all.

I had a problem with the first grass that came with my Petlawn, but the company was very helpful and replaced that grass, and in a very speedy fashion. Very good people to do business with for sure!!

UPDATE on this product:

I have maintained this product the way the company itself recommended and the odor from it is disgusting!!!

I did call the company this evening, and they offered NO HELP at all.

Not even as much to send a new piece of grass in case that might be the issue.

Why? Because they sent me a defective piece of grass originally, so they replaced that defective piece, so now because of that, they won't try to help me resolve this problem.

I will be throwing it out and I've only had it since July of 2012, so it's up to you, but I'd think twice about buying it....I wish I had.

This thing has been such a time saver for me. It's definitely helped with a lot of accidents around the house. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.
