I am very satisfied with this collar. It looks cute on my dog and fit him perfectly. He is a 16 lb Chihuahua mix and his neck measured 12.5 inches so I wasn't sure if I should stick with a small or go a size up. We only used this collar for the few weeks that our breeder had our puppy.. We chose it so we could spot him easily in videos the breeder sent.. When we picked him up, we replaced the collar he had on with another that we chose.. This is for a puppy or small/petite dog -our dog had just about outgrown it at 8 weeks (Male Standard Labradoodle) so choose your size wisely.
