This Shock Collar was junk...it is in the trash now!! It wouldn't work properly so we took it apart. We found water damage inside. This was supposed to be a brand new item. We are very Disappointed to say the least!!!
Hand held remote batteries hard to come by.
Do not tolerate moisture at all and they are done.
Working range of about 50 feet.
Hand remote shuts down after about 30 seconds of non use and has to be turned on and reset.
Do not buy. You WILL be disappointed. POS.

i was dissappointed in the product itself but very impressed with the vender and how they handled my return. they acted very quickly to return my money and appreciated my opinion, i would give them a 5 star rating but i cant on the product itselfLiked it.it was on time and it worked great on my dogs training..I have a yard with no fencing .I was very disappointed in this item, cheap garbage, wires come loose inside, it is not even damp proof. Any type of moisture and you can hang it up. Sucks the batteries dry within a ew days.
