They accidentally sent a different patch in the beginning, but when I called, a new one was sent promptly at no charge. I would recommend using their services.

My Dog never chews on it or bothers with it at all. The quality of the product is durable and the lettering is easy to read and seems to be a high quality print. The photo does not give this product justice because it looks cheaply made on the computer screen, but believe me when I say this product looks professional as can be.

The patch itself is fine. Good quality with lettering very clear. And I haven't found anything else that has both the "therapy dog" and "in training" wording. The problem is that the parches just have the "hook" side of velcro on the back. So unless your training vest is made of the "loop" velcro fabric this isn't going to stick. This company sells its own training vest so maybe it attaches to that. I don't want to invest in another vest since my dog will use the Omega Society green vest when he is certified. So my choices are to attach a separate piece of loop to his vest or sew it on. The size needed additonal velcro makes the patch heavy for a light vest. The velcro backing is too thick to sew through so I am going to have to remove the backing and then sew the vinyl patch on. Kind of defeats the purpose.
