When my husband died our 70 lb labradoodle became almost uncontrollable and very difficult for me to walk. I had heard about the gentle leader and figured it couldn't hurt and just might help. The first time I put it on he shook his head and tried to back out but quickly settled down and we started walking like we were in obedience competition. He stayed right by my side, I was in control and had my good dog back. The Gentle Leader is easy to use and easy on the dog.
