Such fast delivery! The box was shipped the same day that I ordered it. Very durable box and manufactured nicely. The grass was soft and realistic. I was tired of spending my money on pee pee pads, so I thought that I would try this for my little Chihauhau. He was used to pee pee pads, but would usually end up peeing on the walls or over the edge of the pad. I placed the box where I use to put the pads. I didn't see him use it the first time, but a couple of hours after I unpacked it I looked in the bottom and there was urine. Great product! Hope to stop buying pads. Tim

The grass makes an easy transition from going outside on the grass to using his box inside. Plus, I can machine wash the grass! I can now be worry free when I have to be away from home for more than just a couple of hours. I even take this box with me when I travel! I'm so relieved that I found this sensational product. I bought this for a new puppy. The potty is well made for the most part. I was a bit disappointed in the grass. It is soft but its losing grass fibers with each washing. I wash it by hand not in the machine. Another thing is using the "urine" spray, DON'T. I did and the smell got into the rubber backing and it took me forever to get it out. And it STINKS big time. I ended up soaking it for three days and then airing it outside for two. FINALLY the dang smell disappeared. The replacement grass is rather expensive. My pup loves it and will use it MOST of the time. It just takes patience and training.Purchased at Amazon with great delivery and price.

This box has exceded my expectations. We have a tiny 1 1/2 lb puppy and I was concerned about being able to walk her as often as she needed. I was also worried about her refusing to go outside after getting to used to going inside.

I looked at all the options out there (from pee pee pads to diapers to litter to other "grass" potties) and read all the reviews before deciding on this one. Here's why:

-It has raised sides so the dog doesn't miss the "grass" and get it on the floor

-The urine passes through so the dog is not tracking it around the house

-No litter to buy or dispose of (although you could put it or pads or newspaper underneath the "grass" if you wanted more absorbtion)

-Easy and quick to empty and clean (the raised sides also help it not to spill if you dont use anything underneath the "grass")

-It is light and easy to relocate, but sturdy enough that it doesn't slide around

-The entrance point is low so the dog can just walk in without having to jump

-The "grass" is realistic so we have had no problems with her going outside (also it's easy to clean)

-The construction is solid

-The customer service that comes with it seems amazing. Although I have had no problems so far, it came with scent to spray on the grass to attract the dog, instructions, hints, a website and contact info for further advice, should you need it. All of which had me stunned. I haven't had a reason to contact them, but it's nice to know that the level of support is there. Also it arrived much sooner than expected.

Overall I am very pleased. The puppy has had no accidents in the little area where we keep her with a bed, food and the box when we are out. It has been a pleasure to buy something that works as it should.

Before buying our Japanese Chin puppy, we researched this product knowing that a cold Ohio winter was going to make it really hard to housebreak her. It arrived quickly and well packed. As soon as we inspected it, we could see that it was well-crafted and made to last. It took only two weeks to get Lena to use her Little Squirt exclusively. We used the urine spray for the first week and didn't find the smell overpowering at all. When we called customer support, we spoke with the owner of the company (what a rarity these days!) and at her expense as she called us back so we wouldn't have to pay for a long distance call. She is friendly and knowledgeable about her product which makes a big difference when you're new at puppy training! She recommended washing the grass in an old pillowcase with bleach and baking soda and it worked great at removing the urine odor. We have washed it three times in as many weeks and there was very minimal loss of the grass. We also figured out that if we keep a box of baking soda nearby and sprinkle after a tinkle, there is no odor noticeable at all. As for cleaning, we just throw it in the bathtub with water and bleach and disinfect for 10 minutes while the grass is in the washing machine. So if you're an apartment dweller or a disabled person who has put off getting a new best friend, you need wait no more. This product makes it easy to keep a small dog indoors. We hope many people who always thought they could not have the companionship of an animal will be able to to get one and never have to be lonely again.
