Product: Pet Safe 024PS-PDT00-11877 Venture Series Long Range Remote Dog Trainer 1000 YardsThe product probably worked correctly but we were trying to purchase one that was similar to what our dog was trained on which has a positive and negative tone. We submitted a request to the seller to see whether we could return the product which was not used, but the package was opened (which allowed us to determine the difference). To date we have not received any response from the seller. Nothing... This is disappointing as I would at least expect some type of communication. I doubt I will purchase anything from this seller again. No customer service that I can tell. We were even willing to pay shipping back and purchase an alternative product that had the features we needed. Too bad for them and us.
