The product probably worked correctly but we were trying to purchase one that was similar to what our dog was trained on which has a positive and negative tone. We submitted a request to the seller to see whether we could return the product which was not used, but the package was opened (which allowed us to determine the difference). To date we have not received any response from the seller. Nothing... This is disappointing as I would at least expect some type of communication. I doubt I will purchase anything from this seller again. No customer service that I can tell. We were even willing to pay shipping back and purchase an alternative product that had the features we needed. Too bad for them and us.

Love the collar! The only thing we can say that should be different is that the directions do not say that the collars and the remote need to be at least 3 to 4 foot apart to program/sink them. We had to call the company to find that out. Other than that, no complaints! Works great!

Great value, much better than buying one collar for the same price through another company. I have a st bernard and a mastiff and they work extremely well.. only two downfalls, the instructions are terrible, which I read on other reviews but didnt realize how difficult it would be to figure out.. and when you want to correct one dog instead of both it takes very quick thinking.. other than that they work very well and are definitely worth the price! and being able to charge both of the collars at the same time is an awesome feature instead of having to buy batteries all the time..

Haven't used the product yet but it only came with one collar. I was under the impression that it came with 2 collars.Edited 2/1/13 Received second collar due to shipping error. Haven't tried both together but been working with one. Some times the collar will beep and vibrate at random times, I have the bark off and beep to 1 but it will beep 3-5 times with out me pushing button, battery is full. Hopefully its not going to happen much more. I don't know if I can trust it.

this is the 3rd lot of collars i have purchased. The idea of the training collars is good certainly saves yelling out and if your dog is at full bolt they have got the ability to pull the dog up . The other brands i purchased although they said water proof, they failed within a week due to moisture in the reciever. The aetertek at-219s has prooved to be water proof to this date (3weeks of use) however 1 of the collars stopped recharging after a week and is now running intermitantly and is turning its self off at regular intervals. I have been onto the supplier who responded quickly and said they would send another reciever out, i am still waiting for it to arrive. The ability of being able to use the collar with the remote or on auto mode is great, but they do tend to go of when the dogs start playing so i have stopped using that function.

So i think they are certainly a great idea, but i do wish they worked properly.

Sorry, I found this product very hard to program. The instructions were terrible and I finally returned the collar for a refund. At the suggestion of a area hunting dog trainer, I purchased a Tri-Tronics Sport Basic G3 trainer and it works great. Easy to program and easy to operate. It cost about $100 more than the Aetertek, but was worth it to me.

My dog LOVES to tug. When he saw this, he latched on and had me worn out quickly. I left him alone with the tug for 30 seconds or less, while I grabbed a treat for him, and with the tug laying on the couch, he managed to chew through one of the handles. I say 30 seconds, but it was probably more like 20 seconds; the treats were less than 10 feet away. Turned my back and it was done. It's still usable, just not as I intended it to be.

First, shipping of this product was excellent, arriving within three days of the order date. I was admittedly sceptical about its effectiveness, however, especially after giving it an initial test away from our dog, Lucie. It appears not to have much "umph" power at all! Add that to the fact that Lucie is a miniature min pin, a high-strung breed and very territorial. We've tried just about everything except a shock collar, and nothing seemed to be able to curb her frantic barking whenever anyone or anything invaded her "space." The Pet Convincer has been a complete surprise though! After only a few days of consistent use, and following the directions given, Lucie almost always stops her annoying behavior. We don't often have to even use the device itself anymore, a sharp one-word command is usually sufficient to get the job done. It is quite comical, however, to see her reaction when we do pull out the Pet Convincer for a little refresher course. She takes one look at it, stops dead in her tracks, turns tail and heads for the other room. All in all I would say this product is worth the try for the money. Seems to deliver as promised!

I was watching Caesar Milan one day explaining that, as a child, his father taught him to train dogs using only two commands. The first was a "kissing" sound which means "come". The second was approximately "CCCHHHTT" which means "stop what you are doing". I have bought 100's of items from Amazon over the years and never written a review. But this product is so amazing that I had to share with my fellow dog lovers. I do dog rescue so in addition to the 4 dogs I have there are always 1 or 2 others coming and going. When one starts barking they ALL start barking. I have tried the citronella collar, the vibrating color, the snap and shush from a famous dog whisperer and nothing worked, at least for very long. But this Pet Convincer stops them in their tracks. After the first can of co2 ran out, I bought refills from CO2 Cartridge 12 Pack by MOSA. I did not screw the first one in very tightly and it went off continually. My dogs ran to back room and stayed there until i tightened it up. I highly recommend this product as a humane and safe way to train your dogs not to bark at every person or squirrel that gets within their eye sight. I have begun to use it to stop them from jumping up on people. Now all I have to do is pick up the thing and they stop. Saves on refills lol.

Not convinced. I used the "pet corrector" before and it helped to train my dogs-which is what prompted me to look for a reusable/refillable option in the first place. Research led me to the Pet Convincer II (If this is the 2nd design they created-I can't even imagine what the 1st design was like). This is badly designed and made with cheap materials. The bottom rubber grip just slides around C02 cartridge-it does not connect to the trigger. Here's the Bottom Line: A BIKE TIRE Inflator does EXACTLY the same thing (makes a compressed air "whoosh" sound) and its half the price of this piece of junk! Literally. I returned the Pet Convincer and purchased a bike tire inflator off Amazon from Genuine Innovations: Around $12.00, shipped in a matter of days, AND the one I bought accepts BOTH threaded and non-threaded C02 cartridges in 4 different sizes (12, 16, 20, and 25g)!! Oh yeah... and if you have a bike-it pumps up your tires (both the fat and skinny tips) too!

we loved this at first. we have a blue heeler with entirely too much energy around our 3 year old. the problem is when you have to replace the battery in the collar piece. it is VERY hard to open without breaking the collar. and the batteries run out often in the collar. as of right now the collar piece is not working even with new batteries. she may have gotten it wet but i'd hope it would be a little more durable for longer. it didn't cost much though we may by a more expensive one. if you have a dog that will be easily trained this would be good -----but our dog has a serious case of ADD....

This item is very poor quality, even for the low price. Also, the collar and unit is much too large for a small dog, even at the smallest setting. (I have a chihuahua.) I liked that this training collar had an option for vibration only, as I didn't really intend to use the shock, as my dog is so small. Unfortunately, the vibration had absolutely no effect on her. I considered trying the shock, but after testing it on myself and with a few other people, we were alarmed at how strong the shock is! I'm not sure how any dog could not feel it, when it makes humans jump and continue to feel pain after the fact. I would not be surprised if this shock would kill a little dog. Very disappointing.

Day one, what a difference! Instead of my dog tugging me as he did with his regular run of the mill collar, he pulls no more! This is huge and make our walks so much more enjoyable. These are great, easy to understand videos, so much so, that when I put the first DVD in, my kids started watching it with me. Immediately after watching one of the videos, my kids ran over to our dog to teach him a new trick. What I like most about the videos is that there are a wide variety of topics covered (both on the DVD and online through the Tailwind Dog Training site). Also, unlike other dog training videos I've seen that just use trained dogs, these use trained and novice dogs in the videos--making them much more realistic for those of us are new to dog training.

I got alot for my money but the pads are really thin and they do not hold the urine in one spot. The urine spreads throughout the mat. However since they were such a good price i can jus toss a mat out everyday, which is good because i dont have to worry about the smell.

I would only recomend this for small dogs and puppies, they do the job, but are flimsy and the absorbant material falls out if you shake it open. I wont be ordering them again for that reason.

Maybe it was just the batch I received, but the quality of these pads was the lowest I have encountered. Many of the pads in this box were poorly glued, so that the layers separated easily, making a real mess once my dogs used them. (Note for the squeamish: skip the next sentence!) Clean-up was also difficult, because the top layer of the pad tended to come along with the poop when I picked it up to throw it away.

The quality of the pads is not good, they are very thin. The box is was falling apart and the pads inside were damaged, I have to put in the trash forty of them because they were totally destroy.

My dogs are a 45-lb boxer mix and a 35-lb mystery mix. They're both medium-sized, with the heavier one being 3-4" taller. The coupler arrived unexpectedly fast; a day before the delivery estimate in fact! So we gave it a test run. I wasn't sure if the 24" length on each side would be too long, but it was great...the longer length allows you to keep the leashes above the dogs' heads which prevents tangling. No stopping to lift up front legs because of leashes caught underneath. And not once did I do a spin to get unwrapped from a leash around my waist or a high step over one around my leg! The dogs were far enough apart so that one couldn't yank the other around, which is something I encountered years ago when I tried out a much shorter coupler. I also felt more in control; my dogs walk pretty well on leash but every so often a dog or squirrel will grab their attention and they will forget their manners and pull. That didn't happen today, but I can tell that correcting them will be a lot easier with the coupler and a single leash rather than trying to correct two excited dogs on two separate leashes. As I was researching couplers, I noticed others saying they could be too heavy for smaller dogs. I don't think that would be the case with this one because it's very light. It's definitely worth a shot if you're on the fence, and I recommend going for a longer length instead of shorter if you're unsure about what size to get. It's awesome to get a well-made, useful product for under 8 bucks, with super fast free shipping besides. Five stars!

I purchased a different coupler before this one, and I must say this one is a much better design. I like how the two leashes are permanent to the o-ring. The other coupler I purchased had an adjustable clip, and the clip would always slip making one side longer than the other so one dog had 3 feet and the other only a few inches. This works great for two very different size dogs. I use it for my 50# Chow Chow and my 25# Dachshund, and I attach it to a retractable leash. It worked greatno tangles and the leash held them both no problem. It seems to be well made. Great purchasevery happy.

Works as promised. Very heavy duty. Doesn't appear to be heavy duty. The straps are not the size of car safety belts and the buckles are not the size of vehicle toe clips, but this is a VERY heavy duty item that will last and will hold any breed dog. Strong enough for bigger breeds and small enough for the little ones. Clip one leash and able to control (or try to control) two dogs at once. I have two shepherds, so I try. Mostly they just trot along together and it is long enough to give each dog their distance. Great product.

Great quality and good heavy duty clips but not too heavy for my 20 lbs dogs. One love to pull, the other is a gentlemen: With being able to use just one leash, I was able to control his side of the coupler with one hand so he had to was alongside and not out in front. Although it is said there should only be enough room for one dog of the same size between the two dogs on the coupler, the longer length gave my gentlemen the ability to get around the bully easily and take his own walk, while the other had to mind his manners. Definitely happy with the purchase and the quality.

We have two small dogs and I thought the coupler would make it easier than trying to balance two seperate handles.Well, one dog is stronger than the other and drags her little partner every which way to sunday. I think it would be better for two dogs of equal size, whatever that size may be. It is not working for us.

She had been litter box trained by breeder. She will shred anything that is paper so I'll try transitioning her over when she is older.

I have two teacup yorkies, this is big enough to give them space to play, sleep and crate train. easy to put together and sturdy, with one exception. the clip on the door has come open twice due to the puppies scratching at it. Other than that, I really like their play pen.

There are cheaper dog crates out there. What drew me to this crate was the side door. Doors on the long side of the crate are preferable than a door on the short side. This crate looks easy to keep clean, particularly with that side door. I use it for a toy poodle and there's plenty of space for her, a bed, and any toys. My crate was supposed to come with a mesh roof, but did not. I've contacted the seller, see how that works out. I'll update the review based on the outcome.

Updated 1/23, ABC Pet Plaza was very good about sending out the missing mesh roof. It came very quickly, 2 or 3 days. Very happy with the service, added a star. Also, having the side door is great for cleaning. It's much easier to get to all of the insides with the side door.

Well I did not know what to expect and am pleasantly surprised at the quality of this item. Very secure house for my little puppies. The sliding door is easy to handle and slides smoothly. easy to clean. Pleasant to look at in my living room in comparison to a standard crate. Easy Walk Harness - Medium/Large, Green Tweener

I initially bought this product at a pet supply store in a large (the ones I've been to only carry S, M, and L.) Although I like the way my dog reacted to it, the large was way too big so I took it back and tried the medium but that was too tight. The packaging showed that there were in-between sizes so I came here to look and bought this. Although in my experience with this product it's not the cure all for the dog that pulls and lunges (my dog is young and still tries, but not as successfully as before) it helps substantially to control the dog without hurting it and with less effort on the human's part. It has made walking the dog less frustrating and more pleasant.

The only thing that I don't like is that fitting the strap across the chest can be challenging. My dog does not have that broad of a chest. There is sliding metal hardware to adjust the harness, but it leaves something to be desired since after a while it doesn't stay in place and it will need to be done again. This is more of a problem on the chest than it is adjusting around the girth. Premier needs to work on coming up with a better fit for a variety of dog builds. Like humans, some dogs are more wide around and have a smaller chest and vice versa.

Great product. works as described. Just make sure it is adjusted as per instructions. A must buy for dog owners

My dog is young and pulls a lot when walking with a regular harness, especially when he sees a squirrel or a deer. I just got this harness and went on my first walk with him and he stayed by my side or slightly ahead the entire time! He didn't pull once! I am so happy at how pleasant the walk was. My only concern about it is that it fits just a little weird. The bottom part has a clip that sits right behind his front "elbow" and I was concerned it my rub and be uncomfortable. He walks a little strange, but it doesn't seem to bother him, so it may just be me being a worried mom. Overall, I would recommend this product if your dog pulls at all on walks!!!!

We have two 80 lb young labs who could pull us down the street in a heartbeat. Harnesses that have the rings mounted between the dog's shoulders just encourage pulling This harness works as advertised. There's just no incentive to pull because it just doesn't have the desired effect. We view this as safety equipment for US more than the dogs!
