Bought two of these and I have to say they are the stinkiest treat around. Worse, when I open the container its like dust from the product fills the air and its horrible. My dogs like it so so. They turn it down for other treats of the same kind. I think the quality of the product is probably so so. Wont buy again, cant stand the smell. I dont have this problem with other freeze dried liver treats...just this brand.
I have two Chi's and they love these toys and run around with them and love that they can make them squeak. My golden retriever does too although she grabs one to play tug a war with one of the little dogs. They aren't for chewers so not a chew toy. I think a cat may also like them.
After years of using the disposable pads, I switched to these and have been using them for a couple of months now. I have a 5 year old, 6 pound Yorkie, who is trained to go indoors on the pads. It bugged me every time I threw a disposable pad away so bad for the environment! To transition him, I put a pooch pad under the disposable for a couple of days, then I put it on top for a couple of days, and then I took the disposable away. No problems at all! Also, he seems to hit the pad better (I think the writing on it helps them see it better) and the pad really helps cut down on the odor. I kind of wish I had bought the large ones as he pees quite frequently. I bought two 2-packs and wash three at a time about every two or three days. I wash them according to the instructions on the package and they seem to be holding up just fine.

I bought these after training our Miniature Dachshund puppy to use wee wee pads indoors. We live in a climate that is always raining and we get lots of snow in a very long winter and felt it would be better to just have her be an indoor dog rather than fight getting her to go outside. I was having a lot of guilt throwing away the disposable pads all the time. She adjusted to them really easily. We use these with a tray, although they have never leaked, the tray keeps them in place. I have 6 and she soils about 2 a day, so we are able to keep on it a bit easier. She has been using these for about a year and they have held up great, I do line dry them though to hopefully have them last a little longer. They are more expensive than the disposables, however, I don't feel the guilt anymore at unnecessarily adding to the local landfill. I would recommend these to anyone with a dog that either is trained to go indoors or for dogs that need a back up plan when they can't make it outside. I've always used the regular disposable paper weewee pads, until I came across these doing a search for quality puppy pads. I have an 8lb dog and even with 3 walks a day he still uses a weewee pad 3x a day. At first I thought it was all about saving money, (and maybe being kind to the environment), but after some calculating, the savings aren't that much. I was buying my disposables at a good price, working out to about 20-25 cents a pad, 1 a day, that's about $75 a year, not terrible. 4 of these washable pads, plus 1 50-pack of disposables (to keep on hand when randomly necessary) would cost about that much anyway, so there are no savings (for me at least) in first year. And the savings for me over 4 years is only about $150.
have tried other brands out there and this one works the best and can handle the abuse from a dog that never wants to stop hunting

I am a 67 year old, 124 lb. woman with a 61 lb. hound that is all muscle. I hate to walk her because I get dragged all over the place. She lunges at gates and doors dragging me with her and caused me some cuts and scrapes on some occasions. I've tried all sorts of collars and harnesses and even tried the Halti Halter. The halter she hated and was constantly trying to rub it off and succeeded many times. I was very skeptical of the Halti Harness. From the moment I put it on her she was a changed dog. This product has marginally relieved pressure on my arm from keeping my dog from pulling as hard as she can, but she can still pull hard enough to loosen the straps, and pop the clip off that attaches to her collars. I only put the on her when I walk her as I think it would chafe under her armpits.
I have 2 (4lb) small breed puppies 1 female and 1 male just so you have a picture. The puppies were definitely attracted to the pads and it was very easy to get them to use the pads which I am grateful. The first pads I ever purchased were the Natures Miracle Advanced Wee Pads and not by choice I just walked in having just gotten my puppies and grabbed the first thing I came across. Now Natures Miracle was a tad expensive so I started looking for another brand more in my price range so I did a lot of research and this brand was rated high by people, then as luck would have it Pet Supplies Plus had a great sale on Four Paws Wee-Wee Pads, now after some use and after the excitement of them actually using the pads I started to become a tad disappointed. You pay a good dollar for these pads and I started to notice things, the size is smaller than the other pads and the 23x23 size meant I had to use 2 of them in my crates and on a side note the actual size of usable pad is 21x21. They are pretty thin and I have felt dampness on the underside of these pads which is a problem since they were sitting on carpet( I have since bought crate replacement trays). When the pups went tinkle it would just sit on the top of the fabric and pool before actually soaked in allowing the pups to walk thru it and tracking it on my carpet. When the female went tinkle she pretty much use up a good portion of the pad so I was changing them often so the price savings now has gone out the door. I also found there was no odor control with these pads.
I bought the hanging door bells to replace a set one of my neighbors had given me to make the door look a little nicer. My neighbor had given me a string of bells that she'd picked up from the dollar store and she took off all of the bells except for the bottom one. I'd added some string on it and hung it on the door with the string. The dollar store version actually rings louder with just one bell than this item does with 4 bells. The dollar store's bell is a little bigger and gives a lower pitched ring whereas this device gives a high pitched ring that can be a little harder to hear. Also the strap is little more than ribbon. I was expecting something more around the thickness of a thin dog leash, not the case.
When I received mine in the mail, the little clip to adjust the nose piece wouldn't clip in place. I quickly fixed it with a safety pin, and we were off.

I just recently purchased this, so my dog is still getting use to it. My dog is like a little horse and when I received this and took it out of the package it immediately reminded me of a horse harness. I am using it to train my dog so I can walk him. He is so big and has so much power, that with our prior choke chain and chain leash I could not walk him. With the Gentle Leader Head Collar his demeanor is changed and he is a lot calmer. I am now training him to walk with me before I take the big jump and take him to the park. He is still getting use to the head collar and as soon as everything comes together I will take him for a walk. He is also a stubborn dog so this is taking a little longer. I had a hard time walking my 2yr old mix golden retriever & choc lab with a standard leash and collar. She is a such a strong dog and puller. With the gentle leader she walks right beside me and no more pulling. It took a week for her to get used to the harness on her nose, but she a great learner. The only time she pulls is when she needs to go pee or poop.
