I really liked these Joybies Piddle Pants because they stay on, and, surprisingly enough so did my dog Nikki. Apparently they are comfortable, and she doesn't mind wearing them at all!

Great product for an older, incontinent dog. We use baby diapers with it and it keeps them on until changing time.
