It's well-built, strong..HOWEVER..the dye job on the leather was scraped off the first time I used it. Now it looks terrible.

My little jack/corgi mix loves to chase/catch frisbees and the best frisbees are the ones you have to tug for. She loves these! While tugging with her, the disc makes a popping sound that drives her crazy. Thrown these things fly as well or better than a plastic disc. They are easily caught too. They float and when you get them wet or saturated with water they actually fly a little better by adding some weight. The most fun we've both had was throwing them on a windy day. If you throw the disc into the wind and it helps to have a wet disc here, at just the right angle, it'll come back to you just like a boomarang, actually better than a boomarang. Increase the angle of your throw, and it will fly forward and then come back and sail right over your head landing several feet behind you. My dog is so intent on that disc that she'll run forward track that the disc is reversing and follow it back, catching it on the fly. These discs fade if left outside and eventually after many months of tugging and general wear will start coming apart. My dog's discs usually last for a couple of years before I have to replace them. These things are stitched with what looks like fishing line and the outer ring is a plastic tube covered by the canvas material that makes up the disc, so they are tough and will take alot of abuse.

I have two Cairn Terriers and this is without a doubt their favorite toy. It's soft enough for the 11 year old and tough enough for the 2 year old. They love to fetch it as well as play tug-o-war. We love that there is minimal chance of damage to television monitors or other household items due to the rubber ring that maintains its form.

As far as durability, we have to replace it about 3 times a year because of wear and tear exposing the rubber ring. I would not recommend it for aggressive chewers. Otherwise, I highly recommend this dog toy!

This toy is fantastic. The size is perfect for my small but athletic Boston terrier (14 lbs.). It is easy to throw even for those of us who have trouble throwing the plastic kind of disk. It is very durable and washes easily. You can fold it up if you want to stuff it into the back pocket of your jeans. My dog just loves retrieving this toy. Highly recommended. Would probably be good for people too in a larger size.

My dog never saw this. I took it with me on an international trip as a human toy, and played with it with friends. We loved frisbee in the water, where it floated, and it soared well when thrown. I have very little experience in showing dogs, but we now have a puppy who is supposedly champion material, and so the breeder wanted us to get a headstart in preparing him. It was suggested I get this Resco lead. It's easy to put on and take off (perhaps a little too easy) and the dog doesn't seem to mind it, and so we jog around the backyard with this lead as if he is the showring. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because when I wind it up after each use, it tends to stay wound up for a while, and it makes it a bit of an untangle job the next time. But the lead itself works fine.

@ a way better price than the puppy pads at most retail pet stores. I had been purchasing the store brand at Petsmart for almost $1 per pad (in 10 packs). These lasted about 3 months for my cat. I would recycle them by cutting the portion that was peed on off the pad and letting her use the rest of the pad that was still clean by sticking two clean halves side by side. I'm going to repurchase another bag and hope that by the time I get through another, she'll be back in her litter box!

We have tried every brand and style of these available on the market. These are by far the best. As others have said, they stay flat, their edges are more sturdy and the "moisture" doesn't go through. The best available at any retail store is nowhere near as good as these.

With four dachshunds who cannot be made to go out in the rain (or wind, or cold, or . . . those with doxies understand) no matter what the incentive, we use wee wee pads regularly. These seem to hold more than the others we've tried. Unless it's a very small puppy, the output is more than the other pads can handle. When the pad is wet, the backing doesn't separate from the padding and the wetness is less likely to seep over the edges. They are also sturdier nails, even the cat's, don't shred them into bits. I recommend these over any other brand or style.

I have 3 dogs of varying sizes... I needed a remote that would control all 3 dogs but at different levels. This fits my needs perfectly. IT's also nice that it has a "beep" feature to hit right before the shock, because eventually the dog only needs to hear the beep.

This goes up to 7 levels of strength. One of my bichons needs about a level 3-4 which is the same level that my boxer/pit mix responds to. On the other hand, my other Bichon responds just on vibrate-no shock needed. The level of strength needed is based on the dog and their level of defiance.

Obviously, this is to be used as a training device, and not for torture. So if your dog is not responding stop the training and try a different method. Also, it's important to start at the lowest level and go up. DO NOT just start at level 7 for a sharp correction.

All disclaimers aside, the device fits my needs perfectly and I've almost eliminated lunging at other dogs while we are on a walk. A few more training sessions and hopefully we can get rid of the collar entirely.

The collars work amazing my only issues is it is hard to change from one dog to the next and change the setting in enough time to actually correct the second dog in time. I don't like that you cant correct all three dogs at once, and every time you charge them you have to reset each collar.

It took me a week of taking her to it before she went to it on her own but she used it every time I took her right away. The Green color is just as pretty in person too! To clean it I just lift the crate poor in the sink, rins with water, spay all in one on it, then just dry it off with a napkin. Super easy and fast clean up. I keep her potty in the bathroom at home but it when I go to family and friends houses I bring the potty with me and she uses it just fine. It does not work and they don't take it back. Do not order it because it is a waste of money. I am very dissapointed and so is my dog! We tried everything to make him go on it and he is totally avoiding it. It is made of plastic and if you have a dog that goes outside, this is very artificial feel to it. My dog goes on grass, on concrete, on snow, everywhere except on this hard plastic that smells like plastic. I tried to spary it with diiferent attracting sprays and it does not work. Super Pet Hamster Potty, Color Varies

Hamsters do go to them. They love sitting in there grooming themselves and sometimes cooling down to sleep when the environment is hot. You will spend less time cleaning soiled cages if you use these potties. They were lifesavers when I used them. I bought like 3, five or six yrs ago and they still work great. Use 'Fresh Step' regular kitty litter with these. You can get it at any grocer. It turns out to be the best litter for odor control and the hammies don't appear affected or allergic to it. Every hamster I've ever owned has used this potty for a litter. If they don't go to it is probably because the type of litter affects their respiratory system.

The top for the potty is unnecessary and my prompt your hamster to use the potty for a nest instead of a potty since hamsters like enclosed areas to make there nests. Also, the oval shape is not the best for location in a corner of the cage, if that is where your hamster has chosen for there potty location, but other than these minor problems the potty works fine. A note of advice in using the potty, let your hamster choose the location for the potty. Hamsters are clean creatures and usually will select one spot in there cage in which to urinate. I suggest noting this spot and put scooping up the soiled bedding and use in the potty for the first time. This helps the hamster identify the potty. When you change out the bedding in the potty the first time you can move to using litter.

Some of the biggest complaints I have seen is the hamster eating the litter used, and for that I'd just suggest changing litter types. Personally, I use Tidy Cat litter in my potty and have had no problems with my hamster eating it. She does play in her potty, digging around in the litter, but that is not a big deal.

Also note, the potty is not for feces. Rodent feces do not smell and are not a big problem in the cage unless you want to never clean your cage (in which case, don't get a rodent for a pet). It is the urine that smells, and having a smaller area to change out and clean fairly often is a lot easier than the entire cage.

Our hammie loves her pottie, and uses it exclusively to pee. She still poops all over the cage. Keeping the cage shavings dry is healthier for the animal. You can easily clean the potty every day, whereas cleaning the entire cage every day, or even every few days, can be impractical. She used it after about a day of is being there. She's had it for one year, and it's quite funny -she gets up out of her igloo during her middle of the day's sleep, goes pee in her potty, takes a drink out of her bottle, and goes back to "bed" in her igloo.

We use a pellitized wood shaving product for the potty. It's sold at the pet store, and is just different enough from the shavings that she treats it as what it is. I've never seen her put it in her mouth.

I bought this shortly after purchasing my 2 dwarf hamsters. It is great. At first they didn't use it, they peed in their wheel. But I read on the box that if you place it where they naturally go, then there is a better chance of them using it. So I put it where the wheel use to go and moved the wheel and now they go potty in it instead! It definitely helps to keep the cage cleaner and more sanitary.

I have a pet gerbil named Jade who is getting quite old. Her sister died last year, and she's too frail to put up with a new companion introduction, so she lives on her own.

As she got older, Jade began going to the bathroom in only one corner, which she had never done before. It became a hassle having to clean the whole tank so often because of all the "contents" being in one corner while the rest of the litter stayed clean. One day, I noticed this at the store and thought it would be an ideal solution. I'd be able to keep her home cleaner and she'd be healthier and happier, so I bought it.

When I first put it in her tank, she went to inspect it after a few minutes. Instead of using it to go to the bathroom, however, she started EATING the litter! I thought she'd realise after a while that it wasn't food, but after a few minutes she was still trying to eat it. And I'm sure she wasn't just trying to use it for nesting material, because she actually was eating it, not just shredding it up.

I ended up dumping the litter (I wasn't sure how safe it was for her to be eating it), but I kept the litter box. I filled it with a little bit of aspen bedding and put it in her potty corner, and she uses it regularly. It's much easier to keep her tank clean, with daily litterbox cleanings and weekly tank cleanings.

Overall, the litterbox itself was a good idea, but the litter seems a little too "tasty" to use. I'd recomment using aspen or corncob bedding as "litter" instead of the included material.

Item was timely received. It did not come with the batteries shown in the picture but I would still recommend this product, and it was recommended to me by a friend. This collar takes easy to find and reasonably priced batteries. The sound on the remote is loud enough that our dog responded to it from 1/2 an acre away, and is definitely worth the money. I have a one year old chocolate lab, and my Son has a one year old boxer/bulldog mix. I just received the collars, and immediately charged them up. I take the dogs walking out on the lake while I snowshoe. Sometimes they get way ahead of me and all I needed to do is vibrate the dogs, and they immediately came back. I like the vibrate feature it isn't real short like many other collars. It vibrates for a few seconds , so the dog really understands I mean business. The feature I really love is the fact that it has such a long distance many collars don't have that option. I also like having one remote and 2 collars, it is great even if I only use it on one dog, you always have a receiver charged up. I would highly recommend this shock collar to eveyone.

I bought this dog training collar kit after being tired of my daughter's dog constantly attacking the other dogs and getting into things. Her dog is very stubborn and just wags his tail when punished. No more! I was looking to not have to spend too much money since I had bought an expensive name brand dog training collar in the past that no longer worked. I was pleased to find this collar was an updated version of one that had gotten good reviews other than the way the remote was designed. This one has the remote redesigned to have both separate buzzing buttons as well as separate low and high shock buttons and two collars and shock/buzzing units for two different dogs. Or, while one is being recharged, the other collar can be put on the same dog if needed.

My brave son held one of the units to try out the shocking features of one of the units. He's a Marine and said it didn't hurt much at all. I then tried it on the low setting and was surprised that, although it doesn't actually hurt like our electric fences in the field for the goats do, it does cause you to be startled a little. Usually the buzz is all we need or the low shock if the dog is extra stubborn. We haven't had to really use the high shock yet since the low one works fine. There is also a button that you can buzz both collars at the same time if two dogs need warning together, like when they are harassing the UPS man when he is delivering something special.

I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who doesn't want to pay over twice as much for something that works the same but with only one collar. The collars need recharging with the included recharger about every two days in our house. But we keep testing them out so discharge them more often than most people would.

It works, when you figure it out. The instructions, such as they are, are on a one-sided sheet of xeroxed letter sized paper. The only illustration was a photo of a part of the remote control. Many other items were in the package and I would have appreciated a sheet of paper labeling each one and certainly better instructions. Okay, all that leaves something to be desired, but the thing does work. I had a hard time making the collars small enough to work on my two 12 pound dogs. And, although I have used them for only a week, one of the screws on one of the receivers managed to unscrew itself and fall off. I cannot figure out how that could have happened! And, sometimes one of the buttons (they recede below the surface when depressed) gets stuck! The first time it happened I didn't even notice for a bit--my poor dog. Luckily, that time I was only using the vibration function. Vibration is enough for my dogs. It doesn't hurt them at all, but startles them just enough to be effective when they start barking like little nutty doggies when other dogs are being walked past the house. I have tested the first shock on myself and have only used it a couple times with the dogs. I don't think it would hurt them, but I also think for my little ones I don't need to go that far. I am glad I bought this, especially because I control when it is used instead of it automatically going off when they bark, and because it controls two dogs rather than one. However, if I don't find the missing screw and its rubber cover, I may only be able to use it on one dog at a time.

I looked at a lot of different products and read a lot of reviews before deciding to purchase the "New Generation" training collars from Groovypets. I received the order well ahead of schedule and it works great! It was exactly what I was looking for. I have two dogs that I truly needed help in correcting... a dachshund mix (large dog at 40 lbs.) and a blue heeler puppy (currently 35 lbs. and growing) Both of these dogs are extremely energetic and free-spirited. I've only needed to use the vibration feature to-date... the three quick vibratory pulses in combination with my verbal command cause both dogs to stop in their tracks and both usually return to me and sit at my feet. That's exactly what I needed. I've had no problems with range or interference. I've not used the shock feature on the dogs, but I have used it on my arm (I wouldn't submit the dogs to anything that I haven't experienced myself.) The low-level shock provides quite a jolt... I can't imagine using this unless one of the animals is at risk and I have no other choice. I know that it would definitely get their attention! Since I've started using the collars they've become much more attentive and responsive to verbal commands. In fact, when either dog gets out of line I usually just show them the collar (if they're not wearing it) and they calm down immediately.

Setting up the collars took only minutes... I did have to charge both collars before I used them, but charging is quick and easy using the wall charger. The LED indicator on the collar tells you when it's charging and when the charging process is complete, so it's easy enough to swap and charge both collars using one charger. Having a second charger would make the process even easier, however. I've used other anti-bark collars that use expensive, short-lived batteries and the rechargeable feature of these units was a great selling point. I've had the dogs wear the collars for two days without charging and I've not run them down yet.

One of the reviews I read before purchasing voiced concern about the construction of the older version of this product... I found the design of this one to be quite satisfactory for my purposes. The collars are woven nylon (one red, one black) and the receivers are lightweight and fairly small. The LED lights on the collars are plainly visable when they're on the dogs and they make it easy to assure that they are functional at a glance. The snaps on the collars are plastic, but my dogs haven't managed to disengage or damage them so I'd say that they are well suited for their purpose. The handheld remote is the right size to make it easy to find yet small enough to shove in a pocket. There are two columns of buttons with different colored LEDs at the top that coordinate with the color of the collars and the buttons are spaced well enough so that you won't give the wrong level of shock or activate the wrong collar by mistake, making it very easy to manage two collars at the same time. The ability to activate the vibration feature on both collars at once is also a plus. I've had the collars for a few weeks now and I've not changed the 9-volt battery in the remote.

I look at the training process to be a phase, not a life-long process. I'm a pet owner, not a breeder/trainer who would use this product on an ongoing basis. My decision to purchase a product was based on my expectation that I would use it for up to six months at most. Spending several hundred dollars for a system seemed outrageous for my purposes. The price-point for this unit makes it a bargain and I have no doubt that it will last as long as I need it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a training tool... it works for me!

I bought this collar after reading most of the reviews based on the previous 2-dog model. Some of those reviews critiqued the lack of individual vibrate capability so when I saw this model, I thought it brilliant; and it is. I have two newly adopted dogs, added to a family already consisting of a rather large (80 pounder) Australian Shepherd and three house cats (Yes, we are insane for having three cats and three dogs). We got the newbies from the Humane Society and had the opportunity to cat test them in their cat adoption section. Both tested well and we could not decide between them so we brought them both home the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

Breezy (trust me, her name suits her) is about 6-8 months old and still very much a puppy although she is pretty much full grown at 42 pounds. She is mostly Border Collie, so very smart and energetic. Breezy noticed the cats on introduction, but did not really think much of them. Good. Olive, on the other hand, went for our 20 pound cat and wanted to eat him straight away! Bad! Olive is an adult, probably 3-4 years old and mostly Heeler, again pretty smart and energetic (and a bit anxious I might add).

I have to admit that we panicked and wondered had we made a huge mistake but after some soul searching, we figured that every problem had a solution so it was our responsibility to find it. After all, what is the point of rescuing to save a life if only to "return" said life because things are less than perfect?

I found a local "Dog Whisperer" who was available Saturday afternoon. Appointment made, fee not important as this was an emergency in our eyes. This guy was great and we learned a lot within the very intense and exhausting three hour, in-home session. Plastic bite collars were purchased and a lot of "pop, pop, pop" took place; usually with success. Breezy was very responsive to correction and Olive certainly did not care for the tugs, but she eventually caught on and would even sit without a verbal command.

This system went on for a couple of weeks with relative success, the only problem being that human could be no further than leash length away from dog in order to execute the "pop, pop, pop" so catching the offensive behavior and correcting it in a timely manner became a challenge. Especially as the newbies were earning more freedom about the house. I must also admit that feeling tethered to the dogs was exhausting as well and I needed more freedom too.

The trainer had deemed Olive "unsocialized" and suggested a shock collar if she became non-responsive. I dismissed his advice thinking that a shock collar was cruel and inhumane, some sort of torture device. After a couple of weeks, I reconsidered and began to read reviews on all sorts of makes and models. I liked the idea of vibration and really liked the idea of being able to monitor both dogs remotely at the same time. This model seemed like the best solution for us so I ordered it from Amazon and received it a couple of days later.

The packaging was small and efficient with both units already charged and ready to go. The battery on the remote needed to be removed and reinserted so as to conserve its power prior to use I suppose. There are instructions as to how to charge the units, but absolutely no instructions as to how to effectively use the device. I began correction basically on the advice as offered in product reviews so more information from the manufacturer would have been appreciated. In hindsight though, opinions from those that have actually used the device proved to be most helpful. Of course I tested the shocks first and found that level 1 was adequate and level 2 probably more than I would ever administer. I'm not sure that I would recommend this collar for a small dog even though it purports to be for all three sizes. I certainly would not recommend it for a mini.

Olive disliked the vibration mode right away and quickly put two and two together: cat aggression=buzz, cat attention=buzz, cat following and fixating=buzz. She does NOT like the buzz at all and that usually is enough to distract her unto something else more worthy of her attention. She has had a level 1 zap a time or two and admittedly, the first time caused her to heighten her negative behavior so the zaps are reserved for the most egregious offenses and only when I am there to physically correct her by touch and redirection. Olive is more free to walk about the house now without us hovering over her just waiting for something bad to happen. She responds to verbal commands most of the time and when she is defiant, a little vibration gets her back on track quickly and the situation de-escalates.

Breezy, on the other hand, is not so bothered by the vibration unless I buzz both of them at the same time. I don't know if that means the her unit is weaker than Olive's or if the sound of double vibration just irks her more. Breezy's major offenses are digging, chewing on the fence, trees and rugs, and scratching at the back door. She is a puppy after all so some of that is to be expected and it is very difficult to catch her in the act. On the couple of occasions that she has been level 1 zapped, she corrected immediately and found something else to occupy her attention.

All in all, I will say that I am glad that I bought this unit and compared to the one the trainer suggested, it is much more economical with more options to correct two dogs (he had suggested two, $139 collars with independent controls). My critiques, again, are the lack of instruction and the use on small dogs. I do not find this product to be cruel or inhumane. Although I am a believer of corporal punishment and pain compliance, this is a much preferred option to yelling and nose thumping.

My husband wishes for me to add that HIS Australian Shepherd, Jack, is still perfect ;-)

I have a twelve-year-old toy mostly-poodle. We've gone through about a half dozen of these frisbees over the years. She loves it. As a pup, she would chase and retrieve until she could barely walk. Now, she's much more sedate about it, but still walks around the house half the time with the frisbee in her mouth. My only criticism is that I wish it were a little bit heavier, so that it would be less sensitive to crosswinds. We live in a windy area, and I've had to go in our neighbors' yards more times than I like to think about. Other than that, though, it's a great toy and has, I'm sure, helped to keep Chloe going.

I have two pomeranians and they absolutely love this soft frisbee. Its the perfect size for them and they love to play tug of war with it. Great for small dogs!

I have a very rambunctious 4 month old mini aussie with very sharp teeth. We purchased a cheaper brand at a very large retail store and it literally took him about a week to shred it. To date, about 2 months later, this toy is virtually unscarred. It is the very best frisbee type toy on the market as far as I am concerned due to its indestructibility alone. Buy it and if your'e not satisfied reply to my review and I'll cut it up and eat it then email the video to you!

Z-Bone Box Treat Size: Regular/8-Pack, Flavor: Berry

All Zuke's treats are great. Always look at the ingredients first and their order. There are no fillers or grain in any of the Z-Bones. The only critique I have is that the bones have a rather strong odor. I wouldn't call it a 'bad' smell but we only let our puppy enjoy them in the basement now. All their stuff in made right here in the good ole USA and their production plant is USDA certified. Never buy any dog treats from China!

These are probably my least favorite Zuke treats. The treats themselves were a little 'gummier' than I would have wanted for a dental treat and, two of the dogs, got an very mildly upset stomach after eating them.

Labs tend to eat most things but mine gets more excited when he gets a Z-Bone. There are a lot of new products on the market and most have way too many preservatives and fillers in them. I try to eliminate preservatives from the food I eat and do the same for my dogs. I have bought several of the other flavors and they are good as well (as per my dog). Zuke's has a great product line, all with limited preservatives and no fillers.

I like these, hoping that they're good for my dog. She certainly likes them and it takes her longer to eat than Greenies. My only gripe is the cost.

The door came with foam. There's really no need to get this kit as well. The silicone cock was nice to seal around the outside of the door, but you can get this on its own for just a couple of bucks.
