Bought this collar in yellow approx 6 months ago. The color yellow looks great on our black dog and makes him easy to see in low light. The collar is very good but the bright yellow color will fade to almost white in about 6 months for a outside dog.

Our elderly pit-mix needed diapers. Unfortunately, despite the description on the packaging, the xL was not large enough. Our dog is about 30-32" around his hind-quarters, but the xL has a maximum span of about 24" (without any overlap of the tabs).

The Equalizer can clean any organic spot. Cat urine it not only takes out the surface stain and odor but neutralizes the odor so that the cat doesn't continue to go back to the spot. It works great on blood, urine, hairballs and vomit. It does not work on dirt...but then thats not what I needed it for. With multiple cats and a dog I buy this product by the case. It was recommended by my vet (though much more cost effective to buy on line!) Far superior to anything that you can buy on a pet store.

I started using this product on a vet's recommendation when I first got my dog. It took awhile to train this dog to stop marking his territory inside the house. I have continued to use it for all manner of pet .. deposits .. shall we call them? :) Including urine, feces, and cat puke. This spray is the best one I've tried. It does quite a good job of getting rid of the stain and the odor. You remove any solids from the carpet and blot up as much liquid as you can with paper towels. Then you spray this spray while standing (it sprays it with quite a bit of force!). Let it sit for a minute or two. Then you blot it up with more paper towels. If it's a particularly bad spot, sometimes it requires a bit of scrubbing at this point. Sometimes, with really bad or really old spots, I have had to do a second application the next day to get rid of all of it. It does a good job of getting rid of the stain that I can see and the smell that *I* can smell. I think it does a good job of getting rid of the smell that my animals can smell too, because I don't see repeat marking where I have cleaned up with this spray. (Note: I have only tried this on dog marking, so I don't know how well it does with cat marking!) The main down side to this product is that it does have a moderately strong chemical smell for a little while after you spray it. It goes away after a bit, though.

I have tried them all, and this is the absolute best. With a golden retriever whom we have dubbed "special needs puppy" she has always had accidents on the floor. We have tried EVERYTHING to get her to stop, and nothing has worked until i found this stuff by a happy accident. It not only removes the appearance of stains, but completely rids the smell. It also works on human vomit, tested with my 3 year old daughter during a wicked bout of a stomach flu, and also gave a can to my grandmother just before my grandfather entered a nursing home due to Alzheimers. It works for just about every kind of protien stain imaginable, even dogs in heat. You just have to make sure it is a well ventilated area. It leaves a nice fresh scent, kind of citrusy I think. But I live in Michigan, and even when it is freezing outside, I clean the stain after my daughter is in bed, and I leave the window open for about 5 minutes or so. Even when I use my home steam cleaner, I spray the carpet where she usually has an accident, and I suck it up with the fresh water. It even helps repel repeated accidents. Our accident ratio has gone from every night to maybe 2 times a month or so. We have now put a chair between the living room & dining room, and tied it to the handle of the closet door to make sure she can't move the chair, but if she does have an accident, i reach for this can. I can not say enough excellent things about this product. Oh, and great for potty training little ones. Well cleaning up after potty training accidents.

I had cat urine under my queen bed because of a feral who refused to come out and use a litter box, unbeknownst to me. I hired our my professional carpet cleaning people who have gotten accidents out of my carpet for me previously. They scrubbed and worked on that area using every "magical" potion they had up their sleeve. Nothing worked. I used my carpet scrubber for three days in a row-nothing.I thought it was pull out the carpet and pad time. A friend told me about this product. Sporn Douple Dog Coupler Black, X-Small

The seller was Lucy A Wonder Dog. There are two sizes for these couplers: small and large. I own the small. I have 2 Chihuahuas: one 4 pounds, and the other 6 pounds. It works great for them. One dog is younger and pulls more (he is the heavier one), so I shortened his side to about 8 inches. The other dog is a couple years older and a heels (so he gets the longer end). This way the younger one can't jerk the older one around as much. It works well.

The coupler swivels, which means my leash doesn't get all twisted.

The alternative was to continue to walk them on 2 leashes, which would get tangled (and that was a pain, and walks were not as fun for me or them).

Also, the coupler is much safer. Since I only have to manage one leash for 2 dogs, I can pick-up both dogs much easier if there is an aggressive dog loose (or, I can fend-off the aggressive dog with my other hand). And I have had to do this a few times in my neighborhood.

In order to keep the dogs from getting tangled in it, I have to hold-up the leash if it is slack. Most of the time it is not slack, since the dogs are walking in front, or I have the leash shortened if they are walking beside me.

I have owned this coupler by Sporn since May 2011, and I would purchase it again (but since it is so well made, I don't think I will have to buy a replacement). They nylon is sturdy and the hardware is metal (no plastic parts).

After reading reviews for the Sporn Double Dog Coupler, I decided to take a chance on the extra small version since some of the reviewers stated the larger one didn't work well with smaller dogs. We have a 10lb Morkie and a 6lb Yorkie and let me tell you, this works great. The dogs swap positions constantly and their leases don't get tangled or wrapped around the other during the walk. So much more fun walking and having a free hand now.

Bought this for my two miniature dachshunds averaging about 10lbs a piece. Using two leashes was not working so I searched for a coupler. Came across this but in med-XL. Read through reviews stating it would be too big for small dogs. I listened and bought this one, the xs. Recieved and it looked like it would be too short but when I walked both dogs with it fully extended it was a good length. The main reason I bought this one over others is because you can adjust the space between dogs. I plan on using this at a large crowded event, so it'll be easier to walk them while they are side by side on one leash. I didn't have a problem with the two getting tangled, they can switch sides easily. My youngest did sort of pull my oldest around a little so I'd advise using harnesses instead of collars as a collar could be pulled over the head easily. Overall I highly Reccomend!

I thought I finally found what I needed, a double coupler for an expandable leash. But for this to work with my dogs, I have a lot of training to do with them. I do like that it is light weight, so my 3 pound and 6 1/2 pound dogs aren't weighted down when I attach it. I also like that you can adjust it so that one side is longer than the other for the dog that is more of the roamer. I adjusted it so that the larger male dog was able to sniff in the weeds beside the road, and the smaller female dog could walk daintily beside me. Unfortunately it didn't adjust enough for that. It is approximately 28" long and by pulling up a little lever and pulling the strap through, you then just click the lever back down and the length is secured. I have adjusted it so that the bigger dog gets 24" of extension, and the little, more well behaved dog only gets 4", but when I adjust it that way, the bigger dog trips on it and the smaller dog is pulled along like a dog train has come to town.

I am still trying to figure out the best way to use this without inhibiting the male dog's love of weed sniffing.

I have a adolescent pup who I am having the toughest time with the potty training. He knows the "go potty" command but still has accidents in the crate. Tired of cleaning twice I thought I would look into a diaper. I ordered a large size and it was too big for him, he's an 8 month old mastiff btw. So I'm not worried about size as he will grow into them. He is also on the slim side as well but for a larger mastiff this would be a good fit. The packaging says use pads and liners but I just use cheap diapers from the dollar store and cut a hole for the tail. So far so good. He still managed to poop outside of the diaper but again it is big on him. As far as the pee though these pants helped the diaper stay in place so no pee yay!

PAPILLON DVD! Includes Dog & Puppy Training Video

If you have read papillon books, there is no new info here. If you don't have time to read the DVD is OK. Used one adolescent puppy for demonstration purposes. I would have liked to see more adult dogs representing colors, standards, beauty, personality, sizes, breed uses (working in hospitals, service dogs, agility?) Training section helpful.

Maybe I expected too much from this DVD, but I found it to be just OK, not great.

It does contain some useful information and interesting facts, especially for the first time owner on the breed, but it could be so much more entertaining, considering that Papillon such fun high energy dog. It was a bit boring and incomplete.

I would of enjoyed this video alot more if the irritating music did not play the entire time.

There were, however, alot of interesting facts, would of like to see more visuals on certain areas. And more visuals on other Papillons at different ages.

But the bonus training video was and exceptional deal almost makes up for the other dog movie that was nothing but dog playing in a park, no knowledge shared on that one.

All in all I was satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this video to anyone eager to learn more basic information about the papillon breed.

I've had two siberian huskies for many years, and have used the gentle leader ever since they were pups and went to obedience class. At the recommendation of the Humane Society, which was giving the class, have used them. Also, they so believed in the gentle leader, they would not let any dogs in the class without one. So, have been using them ever since, 11 years. Do like the 5/8" nylon sizing, better than the thinner version. Definately would recommend them.

Tinkle Belts, Size Large (20-23" Waist)

I received the tinkle belt in a size smaller than the one I ordered. I did not return it because there was a note saying that they were out of the larger size and would send me one free of charge as soon as a new shipment was received. I waited rather patiently--perhaps too patiently--for the replacement, and when weeks had gone by, I finally contacted Tinkle Belts, but to date have received no response.

The band itself was narrow, but it appeared to be well made. I have opted for the Simple Solutions Male Wrap. The Tinkle Belt may have some advantages in that it is tighter fitting, but the wrap's wider width seems to suit my larger dog's needs.

The Tinkle Belt is wonderful, and does just what it says it will do. At this writing, my standard poodle is 13 1/2. For the past year, he's decided it was his job to mark a certain spot in the bathroom, and the corner of hubby's favorite recliner. Oh, yes; and the Christmas tree. Great. I've tried sprays to neutralize the odor, to mask the odor. I've laid towels, I've rubbed the paint off the wall in the BR to try and keep it clean. I had resorted to piddle pads strategically placed, but those seemed to present more of a challenging target than a solution. In desperation, I searched for doggie diapers, and stumbled upon the Tinkle Belts. I ordered the size large, and in a day or two, the package was in my mailbox. The belts are a nice denim, lined with flannel, and a velcro closure on top. The velcro and its location make it super easy to remove as the dog is on his way outside, and easy to put back on when he comes back inside. I line the belt with a pad. You can choose the absorbency of the pad you might need. None, very light or full blown men's incontinence guards. It's been a week now, and he doesn't seen to even notice the belt is on, but I do. The freedom from worry about what was going to get peed on next is wonderful. It's such a relief, and such an easy fix.

I like this one much better than the simple solution male diaper, because the Tinkle Belt is cotton, and fits better. These characteristics are important because the simple solutions large size was for dogs 35-90 pounds, quite a range, and they make it fit with tight elastic along the edges. My dog is only 45 pounds and the elastic gave him sores on the tender old skin on his belly. The Tinkle belt cotton breathes better than the synthetic materials of the other, too.

The construction is high-quality, with an adjustable amount of velcro, smartly positioned to give about 2 inches of adjustability. The belt fits inconspicuously and the denim material is less obvious than teal green, too. I mean, my poor old dog is embarrassed enough with his leaking without having people remark on his diaper.

My dog is 22" around his waist, so I ordered a Large Tinkle Belt. I will order several more in XL, because it did shrink a bit with several washings.

I'd rather have several and wash them than use throw-away pads, because with using the pads (on the simple solution model), sometimes it collected and sometimes missed and I had to wash it anyway; plus less junk for the landfill!

I just found out that the folks who make these can customize them, sizing and adding extra layers of diaper material to the belt (where it collects), so it would be a bit longer before the urine leaks through.

I've ordered 2 of the Tinkle belts and they are wonderful. I have a dog that has been marking for years and this has been a godsend. My dog has been able to get the belt off by sliding back and forth under the coffee table (no he does like it) but I've found that when I put a doggie t-shirt over the belt it stays in place. My only caution is that if the belt is used too frequently you run the risk of causing an infection in your dogs private area. If your dog stays with others please warn them and allow the dog some downtime without the belt.

The training dog leash works well when placing it on the pet's head (behind his ears) as Ceasar does in the Dog Whisper TV shows. When it slips down around the neck it is not as effective. We constantly have to move it back up on his head. It had no directions indicating the correct way to place it

Item was timely received. It did not come with the batteries shown in the picture but I would still recommend this product, and it was recommended to me by a friend. This collar takes easy to find and reasonably priced batteries. The sound on the remote is loud enough that our dog responded to it from 1/2 an acre away, and is definitely worth the money. I actually bought this one after another one I bought that was a little more money, and I would recommend this that is cheaper!

It sure is a good thing I checked amazon.com for dog creates before spending almost twice as much at a major pet store! This crate is perfect in every way. It's very well made and the price can't be beat. The bottom plastic tray can be easily removed for cleaning and the crate collapses very easily. It's pretty easy to open and close with the double sliding locking mechanism, and it comes with a partition so it can grow with your puppy. I can't imagine housetraining our now-five-month-old puppy without it! We love this create, and so does our puppy.

Update 1/2011: This crate is still standing strong and has proven itself to hold up against a strong dog, us bumping up against it, moving it, collapsing it, and cleaning it. It's perfect!

Update 10/2012: This crate is still holding up after several moves and a few dogs! It shows no signs of wear and still works perfectly. I'm pregnant and it's still very easy to use and move.

I watch my neighbor's toy dog everyday when I am not traveling. I like to tell people that we have a "joint custody" arrangement. She has a large crate at her home for the dog to spread out in, but since she chews on things (the dog, not my neighbor) I needed a little one for the times when I leave the dog alone in my house. Also, she needed a travel-sized crate for car trips.

When I found this dog crate on Amazon I was curious as to how well made it could be for such a low price (I got the smallest one, 18x14x12). When it arrived the next day I was really pleased with how easy it was to set up. No tools, no wing nuts, just lift the sides up and snap it together. It is perfect for my needs. Bella, a little Yorkie, is fully grown and can stand up in it just fine. I now have a fleece liner for it and sometimes she walks in there on her own and hangs out in her little house. I have added photos of her in the crate under "Customer Images". I am very pleased with this purchase.

I recently purchased the 42x28x30 crate for my 4 month old German Shepherd. He was quickly growing out of his smaller crate as he is already over forty pounds. I was unsure before ordering whether this would be a sufficiently sized crate for my dog when he is mature. I will tell you we joking call this his condo because it is huge. I am 5'3" and 110 lbs. and me and my dog could fit in this crate (we actually did lol!). Plus the free divider makes it great as a training crate. I bought this for my Chihuahua/Terrier mix, and she fits perfectly into the smallest size, with enough room to stand up. I put it together in 30 seconds, and it is very easy to use. However, the smaller crates come with only one latch, and my dog has now figured out how to open the gate easily, as the sliding bar only needs to be pushed out and to the left. (I have a video of this on Youtube, search for "johnnyma45" and watch "Izzy breaks out". We use a little suitcase padlock to keep the door closed. Overall happy, just wished the latch wasn't so easy to open by the dog.

This crate was a replacement for a "portable cloth crate' that I had for my "little re-decorating instigator". We absolutely need the crate because, he honestly feels that, it is HIS job alone, to inspect EVERY inch of our house, when we are not home. And even though HE won't admit to it in front of other dogs, he hates thunderstorms and firework. So, for US,,,The crate also comes in handy, when he "freaks" during a thunderstorm. Being in the crate during a storm, helps to calm him, and lessens the stress, on all of us involved. We only use the Crate, for short periods of time, when we are not going to be home I for one, don't ever suggest a dog be kept in a crate, for an entire day. It's just not a fair thing to do to a dog. If this is the case say while you are at work during the day, have a neighbor or somebody that you trust, come over and let the little guy out, for a short break, ***(like I said,,,,this is just MY opinion).

For us, the "portable Cloth Crate" was nice, and also very easy to use and to travel with. BUT,because our little guy has, the ability to use his arms, like a pro tennis star, he ripped the screening off of the inside of the front door flap rather quickly. To help remedy this situation, I purchased fiberglass screening, and stitched a new piece of screen, onto the inside AND the outside of, that zippered door flap. This new Flap, lasted for MAYBE a WHOLE, 3 months.It was then that, I knew that, the little fella was on his way to an escape of EPIC proportions! And that, my somewhat, neatly kept home, would soon become, a dreadful mess! Why? He will come up with all sorts of stories,,,,his favorite chewy or toy, or something of that nature, could not be found (blah, blah, blah,,,he has a tendency to over exaggerate on what REALLY took place, while we were away ;o} ) All to often, this would, necessitate in him absolutely NEEDING to getting out of that crate, and finding "it", by himself. Of course this is showing us undying love, simply by saving US the trouble, of having to help HIM, in finding it! He's smart,,,what can I say, but his stories and excuses are getting a bit ,,,well,,,,"used" up and old. As I said, it was only a matter of time,before the next escape came,,,tick,,,tick,,,tick went the clock.

And so, this brings us to THIS wonderful All METAL crate! Not only was it fairly inexpensive, but very stealth as well, for a larger dog crate. And, that is because, since the crate itself folds and ships flat, it can be folded back into it's original, small, flat, compact size in no time. Leaving it perfect for, extremely ease of use, when packing for travel. It ships in a flat box, it folds back into, a rather flat format. Just lay down the ends, and then the sides, in their easy to figure out format, and it folds up, all while leaving the plastic tray, inside of the crate. Once you have it folded up, just place it on the bottom of your trunk. Then, you can place your other items, right on top of it. Luckily for me, it was actually a bonus that I had tried the cloth crate first,,,and here's why: If you have one of these, DON'T THROW IT AWAY! Take the measurements of your CLOTH crate, and then find a similar size metal crate. Because of the way the soft crate was made, it had large zippered end panels. Because of these, I was now able to put the metal crate INTO the soft sided cloth crate, and make the metal one somewhat "camouflaged", in my living room. Plus with the cover over it, it makes him less afraid of the thunder storms. And because the soft one came with a awesome carry bag, I used the carry bag, to store and carry, the folded up metal crate when traveling nothing went to waste on the soft crate, except that darned screen door (which I cut off)!

The metal crate itself, is a much better, and much needed, totally WONDERFUL, well made piece of doggie equipment! it's a solid and safe place for your pup when you cannot be there for him. The sides lock into place, the door has a sliding latch that stays in place,,,it really is just an all around great crate to keep our little "Houdini re-decorator", in a safe spot, when we cannot be home with him, or take him with us .

***HINT for sizing*** depending on WHAT "Dog Expert" you are listening to, on that particular day,,,, all too often, they suggest a crate that keeps your dog somewhat cramped area. We liken this to be: sort of like a "Goldilocks Fortress" not too big and not too small. Our pup is a Sheltie, he stands about 15 inches at the withers, and weighs 17 pounds. The 30x19x21 was really a perfect fit for him, because we like him to have the ability to stand up, stretch a bit and turn around as needed. To us, it is just seems very mean, to stick a dog into a box, that they cannot move in. Simply because, this type of small spaces, it can cause cramping and make the dog, to become, leery of the crate. Which can then turn into: your pup, not wanting to use his crate, at all. And really,,, if your dog is a snooper, isn't it better to keep him safe when you are not home? We have tried all sorts of different sizes for different dogs over the years, and we have found that, Get a crate that they can move around in and you will find a happier dog when it comes time for: "In the Crate". And, because this one is collapsable, it stores away easily if needed, so you don't necessarily SEE the extra size, when it is not needed; (the plastic crates that come apart, only store inside of each other, and take up a lot of real estate in your home or car. So, yes, I would highly suggest this crate. In the end, I give it four stars because, it would have been nice to have a carry bag come with it, for ease of use when traveling. I still love it though!
