what can i say about a snack when it is nutritious and healthy ??? only that it's the best treat around!
I can't review this product because, although I ordered it, I didn't receive it. I received this instead: http://www.amazon.com/Smokehouse-100-Percent-Natural-Chicken-16-Ounce/dp/B0050TDLUW/ref=pd_bxgy_petsupplies_text_z. I contacted customer service and requested a replacement which was promptly shipped -but again it was the chicken chips product, not the chickent and sweet potato product. This time I requested a call from customer service, which I promptly received. The customer service representative asssured me that the issue would be investigated. I told her that the package had a pasted on bar code label that said it contained the sweet potato product. I was told that while the investigation is taking place, the product would be removed from Amazon's web site. As you can see, this hasn't happened yet, so you should be aware that if you order this you may receive something else. Also I was told that I would receive a refund without being required to go through the hassle of returning the incorrect product. This hasn't happened yet either. I do want to state, for the record, that in general I am a very satisfied Amazon customer. Usually I find Amazon's customer service to be exemplary. Just not in this case.
