I love this thing for my deaf dog, I just don't like the fact that every other time I go to use it, it's not working. The batteries never want to stay in place or they just die so fast (even rechargeable batteries). It's also kind of unfortunately that it is not waterproof. I suppose investing in one that does cost a bit more is worth it but sometimes you just aren't made of money.

The vibration and paging on this unit lasted for too long. This did NOT allow me to specifically communicate with my dog and left her a little confused. A quick, momentary vibration option would have been nice. Also, the size of the box on the collar was huge.
