Zuke's Lil' Links Healthy Grain Free Little Sausage Links for Dogs, Pork and Apple Recipe, 6-Ounce

Zuke's Lil' Links Healthy Grain Free Little Sausage Links for Dogs, Pork and Apple Recipe, 6-OunceI slice these into 6 pieces to use for training treats. My dog loves them, and I like them because I think they are safe to feed the dog (no terrible ingredients; not made in China).

These are like mini sausages, bigger than the mini treats, but a "gulp size" for a bigger reward for a job well done by my Aussies.

I have added a new English Goldendoodle puppy (13 weeks) into our family, so needless to say we are training, training, training. We have a variety of smaller sized treats from Zuke's for training and what not, but outside training and extra special treats are left for Lil Links. They have a much stronger aroma so when outside the smaller treats don't stand a chance to keep her attention. Lil' Links do keep her attention, and help keep the frustration on my end down a lot. Not to mention, the price online are over $1 cheaper then in store, and if you are prime member free shipping is amazing!

The only down side I can think of is the Lil' Links aren't that "Lil". When she is full grown they will be a perfect size, but for now I have to chop them in half, which isn't that big of a deal, just 5 minutes of my time...

All in all if you need a great treat Zuke's for sure, but for that lil' extra special treat Lil' Links is the right treat for our pup.

My girl has some growing left and it is going to be fine for her current and future weight. The leather is marvelous and the brass rings are simple but elegant. if you like quality leather products that are durable to last for generations you will not be disappointed by this collar. I also recommend the leash. I got the six foot rounded and it is so comfortable on the hand. If my dog tugs a bit, the leash has a marvelous give to it and the rounded shape is easy on your hand.

Litter Kwitter 3-Step Cat Toilet Training System -

Litter Kwitter 3-Step Cat Toilet Training System -This product is awesome!!! I will say, though, if you have multiple cats and one is over-weight... Get a step stool or anything to help them up.... otherwise look out carpet :( One of my younger cats (about 4yrs) is totally cool with this. If it weren't for my fat cat, he would have been done training in like 2 weeks. My other two are almost 7 years old now, and are getting fairly heavy. Getting the heaviest one up was quite a challenge. With some long sitting with a squirt bottle, and the help of a step stool... she finally got up there. Now, i've ordered the multi-cat addition to help her transition to the next step easier. I am totally confident she'll be using the toilet very shortly. She also has chronic diareah... So part of the problem was that when she had to go... She couldn't get up and situated quick enough.

If you take anything from this review... Stock up on lots of Chlorox Wipes!!!! :) And wait your turn if you only have one bathroom.

Even though it has a lot of success stories this Training system is not for everyone. You need to know cats and understand them to figure out the best way of actually succeed in this training. The time frame they said it will take is not TRUE for every cat. Each cat is different. Some cats will take less time some will rebel and do things you never thought the will do. You will be needing to stay in touch with the FORUM to be able to make it. You need to know YOUR OWN CAT before you start and keep track of his behavior and what he or she likes. Cats dont like change so some of your cats it will take a lot of time specially changing from one disc to another and you will need to follow the advise of other trainees or buy the other discs for multiple cats even if you have one cat. Once you change to orange(amber) stage your cat will rebel and will start going somewhere else to do their business. Therefore please read all the TIPS from the forum before you start because it will be hard. At least in my case thats how is been and ive been to the point of quitting but i dont want to quit. still on orange stage with a cut out place mat under with the shape of the disc and a tiny hole in the middle. i started training 1/1/2012.

WACKYwalk'r Dog Leash - Large - Orange

WACKYwalk'r Dog Leash - Large - OrangeI love this leash. It's so much easier to walk the dog now! I have recommended it to friends on Facebook..

We have a beagle/husky and live in a neighbor with a stray cat problem. Needless to say, before this leash, she had broken 2 retractables and the standard leashes just ripped right out of our hands. After she almost tore my shoulder out, I found this online, and thought why not. It's been absolutely wonderful. She can try to pull, but it just doesn't work on her end. I love it!

Simple Solution Training Pad Holder, 21 by 21-Inch

Simple Solution Training Pad Holder, 21 by 21-InchI would highly reccomend this to anyone who is house training there pet.My puppy was not having trouble using the Pee pads but had started to chew and rip it up,So it was a frustration,I bought this and it keeps all messes off the floor and because it locks in on 4 corners there is not any ripping of the pad,It also fold up if you are going on vac or just visiting someone ,take it with you,

Make sure you measure your pads so they fit and lock in the corners

Easy to use, it just took awhile for my dog to get used to it because it makes a noise when stepped on.

It's a must have! Great for training, and for making sure that my pom pup doesn't go in the borders. Extremely practical and easy to use.

The product itself is a great concept and it works well. The holder holds the training pan in place and helps prevent leaks. Unfortunately, one of my dogs refuses to step on the pad holder.

I like this device, for the most part, however... my puppy is still able to pull the pad out of the holder. I have to tape the corners down, when pulling through the corner slots.

Leerburg Leather Dog Leash - Black - 6 Foot By 3/4 Inch - Handmade By the Amish

Leerburg Leather Dog Leash - Black - 6 Foot By 3/4 Inch - Handmade By the AmishI am a dog leash snob! I have bought several leather leashes over the years...many of them end up broken, or as gifts to friends once I find something better. I have tried Ray Allen, Signiture K9's oiled leather leash (nice, but still has not held up as well as the leerburg lead), I've bought leashes from Petco and Petsmart, all of poor quality.

The nice thing about the leerburg lead is that I didn't have to do ANYTHING to it to soften it up. It already has that nice broken-in feel that can take years. The only other leash I like as well as this one is one bought from Petsmart almost 10 years ago when they sold better quality products. After buying it..it was stiff as a board. I had to oil and condition it multiple times and use it for about 5 years before it started to feel like my leerburg leash felt right out of the package. I love this lead! I also love that he offers them in 1/2 size instead of 3/4. I'm a runner..and I have a German Shepherd who likes to run with me! Holding a 3/4 leash in my hand is difficult while running so the 1/2 size is perfect. My other older leash from petsmart is a 3/4 leash..and let me tell you Petsmart does NOT carry this same type of lead anymore. If you are looking for a strong, soft, well made leather leash definitely order this product. You will be happy!

Also to note about Ray Allen...they used to make quality equipment as well. In the past few years though their service has gone down hill. I believe the company was sold to someone else and it hasn't been the same since. Their leashes are nice after a few years but very stiff right after getting them in the mail.

Leerburg (and specifically Ed Fawley) doesn't mess around when it comes to the quality of the products he uses for his dogs and subsequently sells on his website, and this item is no different. The leather is top quality, craftsmanship is flawless, and the brass clip is solid. I use this leash to walk my GSD puppy and would consider any other product.

Buy Leerburg Leather Dog Leash - Black - 6 Foot By 3/4 Inch - Handmade By the Amish Now

I've used several other leashes with my seven month old doberman and like this one the best. The leather leash comes somewhat broken in and flexible from the start. I'm not sure if anything was used to condition the leather prior to shipping, but I suspect there was. The leash does have a bit of a leathery smell to it that I imagine will fade with time. I suspect that the leather will need to need additional conditioning as time passes. If you dislike the smell of leather this may not be the leash for you.

One big benefit of a leather leash like this over a nylon leash is that leather is easier on your hands. My dobie doesn't really pull on her leash, but I still noticed that the nylon would cause callouses on my hands. No such problem with this leather leash. As others have noted, this leash is well constructed and will likely stand the test of time.

My only other gripe with the product is the color of the bronze snap/clip. The rivet is a silver color (plated?). I would prefer if the snap was similarly colored/plated. However, this does not detract from the overall function or quality of the product.

The instructor in my pup's training class recommended this leash and I am very happy to have it. When a dog pulls, which is inevitable with a puppy, most leashes will hurt your hands. The soft leather of this leash makes training less "painful" for the human!

Although the leash was rather stiff when I first got it, it has already become more supple.

Great craftsmanship. You can tell they take the time to make these leashes. It is worth the extra money to get a hand crafted leash

Antler Dog Chew From Pet Expertis

Antler Dog Chew from Pet Expertise, X-Large 8'-10' Long, 1 PieceMy golden retriever 9 month old puppy would go through the compressed rawhide chews like crazy. I decided to try the antler chew based on the reviews. I'm glad I did. She loves the antler, it doesn't leave a residue on my carpets and it's lasted over a week and still has a LOT of chew life left in it. I would definitely recommend this chew to anyone who has a dog that goes through chews like crazy and doesn't like the residue crud on the carpets.

My labs love the antlers. They have some branches and nubs that make them interesting. They are quite durable. I used to give the dogs bully sticks but got tired of the goopy, stinky mess. The antlers are clean and the dogs love them just as much. I also appreciated the seller, Pet Expertise, who delivered them promptly and added an extra antler for free with a hand-written thank you. It made me feel like I was buying from a person and not just "the Internet". I will definitely buy from them again.

My year old dog loved the antler chew I purchased in Denver while on vacation. I ordered this chew after he demolished the other one. I purchased a large size because he seemed to chew up the medium one quite quickly. The chew arrived well packaged and before the anticipated delivery date. It is 9" long measured end to end. Since it is curved--probably more like 9 1/2". The ends were filed down and there are no sharp edges. I will definitely purchase additional products from Pet Expertise through Amazon.

After giving up on the smelly mess called "bully sticks," I began hunting around for some antler dog chews. I bought a couple in pet shops that ended up being too crumbly, coming apart quite easily with stinky marrow inside. Although discouraged, I had heard such good things about antlers that I continued looking. These are perfect! They are very hard, but not so hard that they could damage your dog's teeth. Tobias, a french bulldog, is quite a strong chewer, and he's only taken off about an inch in the past month or so. There is much less mess, and it is completely odorless. Of course, there is still a little bit of mess, but you have to expect that when your dog is chewing a bone. Mostly Tobias chews it on his dog bed, but when he is allowed to chew the antler on the couch it is very easy to clean off the antler drool he leaves behind.

I ordered the XL antler for my boxer dogs based on the size antlers that I had seen in my local stores. I probably could have gotten away with ordering a large from this company...the XL is a huge elk antler. Nevertheless, my dogs LOVE this antler. They chew on it daily. They have another antler from a local store that they like but this one is their favorite. I like these antlers because they last forever and they make no mess and have no smell. I really feel like I got my money's worth with this purchase and I would not hesitate to order another antler from this vendor when I need one.

Mr. Herzher's Smart Ramp Junior

Mr. Herzher's Smart Ramp JuniorWe use this ramp for our mini doxies to get in and out of bed, without worring about hurting their backs trying to jump.

It's very well built, light weight and sturdy.

This ramp would work for any type of animal from Chihuahuas to St Bernards. It's that well built and versital.

You can carry it from room to room because it only weighs a few pounds.

It's less expensive than other brands.

I knowingly took a chance buying this, because I wasn't quite sure it would fit my vehicle (a 4-Runner with running boards). As it turns out, it sits very nicely on top of the running boards (and has good grab) on either side of my vehicle, but the angle of the rear side doors blocks about 50% of the ramp width. This is no fault of the manufacturer; it just isn't adaptable to my SUV.

My dog will use it, but he gets a bit confused because the SUV door intrudes on the ramp path.

The quality of construction seems excellent. Even though the product didn't meet my particular needs, I give it five stars. You just need to make sure it is compatible with your vehicle.

It is everything that I expected it to be. It is well made and reasonably priced. The non-skid surface and light weight were much appreciated features.

It's a must own for smaller dogs and any with disc issues.

5/5

I purchased this ramp for my 17 yr old Cairn Terrier, who has limited vision and hind quarter weakness. It allows him to come and go thru the front door and fits perfectly off to one side of the front steps (granite).

It's well built, light weight, and sturdy. It is also less expensive than most other brands.

Drain holes at the bottom would be wonderful, as rain collects there and the dog doesn't like to step in it. :{

Bought this for my older dog and drive a Honda Accord. Won't even fit in the back seat door. Too wide. Unfortunately, that was the main reason I bought it.

For beds, it may work but if your beds are high, it probably won't. Fine for couches.

PoochieBells Classic Dog Potty Training Doorbell in Bad to the Bone Black and White Wording

PoochieBells Classic Dog Potty Training Doorbell in Bad to the Bone Black and White WordingBought these bells several months ago while trying to potty train my Pomeranian. The bells were beautiful, just as described and were made in a very durable fashion. I hung them on my front door and for a while very faithfully had my pup ring them with his paw before he went outside. Month after month ... eventually I lost patience. Instead of ringing the bells, Bruce comes up to my and stands up on his hind legs and gives me "the stare." When I ask him if he needs to potty outside he does a double jump almost up to my chest to say yes. If he doesn't he just walks away. So instead of me training him to use the bells, he has trained me to ask the question and then he tells me yes or no. *sigh* The amazing thing is that this morning, I was ignoring the fact that he was jumping all around and clearly needed to go outside because I had to leave for work in an hour, and had taken him out about two hours earlier. I wanted to wait and take him out right before I left for work. Well he got so desperate wonder of wonders, he went over and rang the bells!! So I think that he knows and makes the connection to ring them, but he has just decided that it is so much easier to just tell me in person rather than use the bells to let me know what he wants. I believe that if you were a little more persistent that I was, or if your dog is just more into them then these would work great for you!

It wasn't very hard to teach my puppy to use these bells for potty training, but he also figured out another use for these. He will ring these every time he gets bored and wants to just go out and play. On average, he rings the bells about 4 times every hour. So it becomes Russian roulette if I decide to ignore when he paws the bells.

Buy PoochieBells Classic Dog Potty Training Doorbell in Bad to the Bone Black and White Wording Now

I have a well-mannered French Bulldog puppy of 11 months. Up until a few months ago, he was still having the occasional accident, but it seemed pretty clear that he simply didn't know how to let me know that he needed or wanted to go outside.

I purchased these bells and hung them on the back door. At first, the bells terrified him, and he wanted nothing to do with them. However, I patiently followed the instructions, and we rang the bell together each time he went out. For awhile, he ignored the bells, but then one day, he gently nudged them... I promptly praised him and let him out. He began to ring the bells regularly and lets me know know daily when he'd like to go out by nudging the bells.

I still put him out on a schedule, too, but it sure is nice not to have to clean up anything inside.

No more accidents. None.

SmartPets Remote Control Dog Training Vibration Collar SP 309

SmartPets Remote Control Dog Training Vibration Collar SP 309I love this thing for my deaf dog, I just don't like the fact that every other time I go to use it, it's not working. The batteries never want to stay in place or they just die so fast (even rechargeable batteries). It's also kind of unfortunately that it is not waterproof. I suppose investing in one that does cost a bit more is worth it but sometimes you just aren't made of money.

We wanted a vibrating collar without the shock aspect for a deaf dog. This product fit the bill price-wise and in action. Great find!

Buy SmartPets Remote Control Dog Training Vibration Collar SP 309 Now

The vibration and paging on this unit lasted for too long. This did NOT allow me to specifically communicate with my dog and left her a little confused. A quick, momentary vibration option would have been nice. Also, the size of the box on the collar was huge. I won't be using this for training.

Ethical Contempo Vena Food and Treat Dispenser for Cats

Ethical Contempo Vena Food and Treat Dispenser for CatsThis cat treat dispenser does what it is supposed to do. The cats toss it around and treats fall out, just a couple at a time. The kitten has the patience to play with it. The one-year-old Siamese tries to bite it then gives up. He waits for the little one to get the treats out and then he eats them. But I thought they should have sent all three (as shown) for the price.
