i-crates are very nice but I purchased this exact crate and size that is shown. I researched to make sure this was the correct size for my mom's chihuaha mix. he is only 10 pounds and this crate was way too small for him. its so small that i had trouble opening it, the latch keep getting stuck. Not sure how the dog in the picture fits in the crate b/c my moms dog had no room to move. It will cost me money to ship it back. For this size crate, go to the pet store and make sure your dog will fit in it first or just automatically go a size up.

By looking at the picture I thought it might be a soft type of plastic, not very long lasting for a Bulldog, but it was such a clever idea and affordable, so I ordered it. All I can say is WOW! I have an 8 lb Dachshund who barks at anything. She literally will run out the door barking, just in case there's actually something there to bark at.It got so bad some neighbors were yelling at us over the fence at night, threatening to call the police. I started looking into bark collars and decided the shock collars are a bit extreme, especially for a small dog like mine. I saw this on QVC and decided to give it a try. I bought it here on Amazon with some refills, but was still sceptical to say the least. Well, I was shocked (No pun intended)by the results. After testing that it worked, I put it on her (a bit bulky for her small neck) and let her out. Of course she ran down the stairs ready to defend but when she barked and the short spray went off, she was immediately snapped out of that state of mind. OK, what was that? Bark! Spray. Hmmm,what the?! Bark, spray. Damn, when I bark I get sprayed with this stuff, I guess I better not bark. That was it!!!!!!!!! 3 barks, she figured it out, no more barking. What a Godsend. We put it on her, let her out, and there is never a peep. If you have any doubts, believe me when I say this is worth every penny. The only draw back I see is that the company says it's not waterproof and shouldn't be used if it's raining. I use it when it is, but just don't turn it on. She doesn't know it's off, lol. Don't worry about the Citronella. It's mild,but dogs don't like it. If you're really opposed the Citronella the scentless also works, but not as good as the scented. Bottom line is, if you have a dog that barks too much, give it a shot. if it doesn't you can always sell it on Ebay and get most of your money back. i hope this longwinded review helps......

I initially had high hopes of this collar. I will say it is 100% humane and the dogs are initially startled by the spray but mine did not get neurotic about it. I have 2 dogs one extremely smart and one not too bright. The not to bright dog is a 25lb beagle/rotweiler mix and is the barker of the 2. I put the collar on and she ran outside to bark and immediately got sprayed it stopped her in her tracks. Cease fire no more barking. Well the collar only holds about 4-5 sprays before it's empty. After being outside for an hour or so and some half attempts to bark which caused the spray to go off she realized the collar stopped spraying and then it was full throttle barking. I refilled it and she stayed quiet for a short time but eventually figured out that if she runs and barks the spray just blows by her and eventually runs out. Now it really doesn't work on her at all. She's immune to the citronella. My smart dog on the other hand (a 30lb beagle/border collie mix) realizes the spray is annoying and only barks once before stopping. She'll still test it from time to time (and I'm better about keeping it filled), but for the most part it works about 75% of the time on keeping her quiet. I ended up buying the PetSafe No-Bark Collar and am testing it out on the crazy barker. I'll write a review once I've given it a test run. BTW, you must stock up on extra batteries and citronella with the Multivet collar once the batteries run out or the collar is empty, the dogs quickly return to their old behavior. Good Luck!

I bought one to test it out because I was skeptical that it would work on my schnauzer and the price was a little higher than other citronella collars. My dogs will bark at anything and everything, so much so my neighbors complain. I put it on one of the dogs and the first time he barked it stopped him in his tracks. It makes a loud spray and the noise combined with the squirt startles the dog and he forgets why he was barking in the first place. A few weeks ago, I was clued into the fact that my dog barks while I'm gone a lot. This was not a training issue he never or almost never barks while I'm home beyond one quick warning bark, because he knows it's not acceptable. However, separation anxiety/hearing the neighbors open their next door apartment/hearing a truck go by made him very barky all day while I wasn't around. I set up a webcam and watched from work during the day while he barked himself crazy sometimes at things, sometimes because he was lonely, sometimes for no reason.

Either way, my landlord told me the dog needed to stop barking, or I needed to move out, so a quick fix solution was necessary. I had no interest in getting him a shock collar, and found one collar that vibrated like a cell phone but he really didn't seem to care, just kept barking through the vibration.

Then I decided to try the Innotek Anti-Bark Spray Collar. My dog is a small (~11.5 lb) dachsund, and the device is pretty big, but not so big that he can't lie down or move around. I had him wear it for a day or so with it turned off so that he could get used to it. Then I turned it on.

To test it, I walked out of the apartment, and shut the door. I heard him yelp and bark and heard the spray go off then... silence. Glorious silence. He ventured another test bark spray then quiet.

He doesn't like the collar but he tolerates my putting it on him. It does occasionally spray him for doing something that's NOT barking for instance, when I get home and he's trying to jump on me but it honestly doesn't happen that often and usually happens when he's doing something he shouldn't be (like jumping on people). He only wears it while I'm at work and it comes off when I'm home. It works great, three weeks out he knows what happens once the collar goes on and rarely even tries to bark when I leave. (He also knows, incidentally, that if the collar's off he'll be able to bark without consequence so it's not effective as a training device).

I'm deducting a star because while the spray/microphone piece is excellent, the collar itself is fairly low quality nylon. My dog actually ripped it to shreds by pawing at it repeatedly for a couple days (then very helpfully placed it on my pillow. Screw you Mom, indeed). Luckily, the device isn't anchored to the collar, so I replaced it with a higher quality buckle collar which seems to be holding up well.

My oldest Yorkie, Sparky (The Barky) has always suffered from separation anxiety and would bark uncontrollably when I left the house. I recently moved into an apartment with my two Yorkies after having lived in a house. Needless to say, our new neighbor was not pleased with all the barking whenever I left. He was not very nice even though he owned a dog himself and I had told him I was doing my best to try to solve the problem. I tried crating Sparky, giving him treats whenever I left, tossing him a toy and making a run for it, I bought the ultrasonic/beeping collar, calming aids...nothing worked. I was getting so frustrated that I was scared to leave my house, take out the trash or accidentally forget something and have to come back. Then our vet suggested using this citronella collar. After a couple barks he has learned to stop barking everytime we leave! I was amazed and so relieved! I don't know if it simply distracts him since the spray affects all his senses in a safe way...or if he doesn't like it. I think it's the former but either way, this works GREAT!!! I do admit he still cracks a few small barks here and there as I leave but not bad and then he stops. He is learning that he is ok, regardless if I leave and he barks. I still give him an all natural calming aid and I have learned to just relax and act like it's no big deal that I'm leaving. So if you still have trouble with your dog try pairing this item with other alternatives. Yorkies are barkers and my dog was stubborn. It's amazing how well this worked. Now he's more calm and I am too! If he does bark the citronella smell is great, like a burst of air freshener. It is bit bulky for smaller dogs but I think that that itself is a deterrant to barking, but really it's not that heavy. I wouldn't recommend leaving it on 24/7. I just use it when needed. You can also cut the excess collar material so it doesn't hang and bother your pet. I have been very pleased with the results! Good luck:)

I am a dog leash snob! I have bought several leather leashes over the years...many of them end up broken, or as gifts to friends once I find something better. I have tried Ray Allen, Signiture K9's oiled leather leash (nice, but still has not held up as well as the leerburg lead), I've bought leashes from Petco and Petsmart, all of poor quality.

The nice thing about the leerburg lead is that I didn't have to do ANYTHING to it to soften it up. It already has that nice broken-in feel that can take years. The only other leash I like as well as this one is one bought from Petsmart almost 10 years ago when they sold better quality products. After buying it..it was stiff as a board. I had to oil and condition it multiple times and use it for about 5 years before it started to feel like my leerburg leash felt right out of the package. I love this lead! I also love that he offers them in 1/2 size instead of 3/4. I'm a runner..and I have a German Shepherd who likes to run with me! Holding a 3/4 leash in my hand is difficult while running so the 1/2 size is perfect. My other older leash from petsmart is a 3/4 leash..and let me tell you Petsmart does NOT carry this same type of lead anymore. If you are looking for a strong, soft, well made leather leash definitely order this product. You will be happy!

Also to note about Ray Allen...they used to make quality equipment as well. In the past few years though their service has gone down hill. I believe the company was sold to someone else and it hasn't been the same since. Their leashes are nice after a few years but very stiff right after getting them in the mail.

The leather is top quality, craftsmanship is flawless, and the brass clip is solid. I use this leash to walk my GSD puppy and would consider any other product.

I've used several other leashes with my seven month old doberman and like this one the best. The leather leash comes somewhat broken in and flexible from the start. I'm not sure if anything was used to condition the leather prior to shipping, but I suspect there was. The leash does have a bit of a leathery smell to it that I imagine will fade with time. I suspect that the leather will need to need additional conditioning as time passes. If you dislike the smell of leather this may not be the leash for you.

One big benefit of a leather leash like this over a nylon leash is that leather is easier on your hands. My dobie doesn't really pull on her leash, but I still noticed that the nylon would cause callouses on my hands. No such problem with this leather leash. As others have noted, this leash is well constructed and will likely stand the test of time.

My only other gripe with the product is the color of the bronze snap/clip. The rivet is a silver color (plated?). I would prefer if the snap was similarly colored/plated. However, this does not detract from the overall function or quality of the product.

The instructor in my pup's training class recommended this leash and I am very happy to have it. When a dog pulls, which is inevitable with a puppy, most leashes will hurt your hands. The soft leather of this leash makes training less "painful" for the human!

I have a dog that I crate and the crate has a tray underneath so I use training pads to keep it clean. Most of the pads are too small, requiring the use of two pads. These pads are the perfect size, so I am not wasting an extra pad each time.

Was very impressed with item. It was easy at assemble and has very ample storage room inside. the canvas seems to be of good quality and was quite easy to put in place. The dual entrances will make useing this shelter very convenient. Of course since it is a new shelter, I have yet to know its longevity.

Pee Wee Dog Potty Medium

My dog started using this almost right away. He'd been trained to the pads and I had used a cat litter box to put his pads in, so it was similar to what he had already been using. The only reason this doesn't get a 5 star from me is the price. This is basically just a litter box with a plastic grill in it to hold the artificial grass. When you figure the cost of pads though, this pays for itself pretty fast.

After using this for several weeks I have found that even after a good washing the grass has a bad smell. One day last week I walked into the room that the potty was in and was assaulted by the odor, which was really discouraging considering I had washed it the day before. I took the artificial grass and threw it outside and had planned on changing our dog back to just a litter box with pads. Before I could change it out I saw my dog go to the potty with the grill on it and used it. He's been using it without the grass for about a week now. I keep a doggie pad (I take a large pad and cut it in half) under the grill so it is easier to clean at night. The grill keeps his feet off the pad so he doesn't walk out of the box with wet feet, soiling the carpet. I give the box a good washing once to twice a week and so far have not had a problem with the odor. It is really working well for us now.

We live in an apartment with no pet (restroom) friendly areas, and needed something to use on our patio. Our dog was used to going on the grass, and has torn up newspapers the few times we tried them. So, we thought this would work. $90+ dollars is quite a bit to spend on a gamble like this, and it took about 2 weeks to get the dog to ask to use it consistently (lots of treat training). But now it is perfect for us.

The modification is that there are too few holes in the plastic mat that holds the grass, its best if you notice this before the dog uses it (but you should have plenty of time while training). drill holes with a 3/8in bit in the areas between where the grass is set into the mat (obvious from first glance) not too many, but not too few. It allows quicker drainage and reduced odor.

As for cleaning, i do it once a week. i soak the grass in bleach/water/oxyclean (outdoor only!!!!)then soak it in clean water twice for about an hour total, and then let it sun dry. To clean the base I usually pour the water soakings in to it to rinse it. Have had it for 2 months and no persistent odors. this is a great product, and very competitively priced.

I have a 12lb. Papillon, and this product is barely large enough for him to turn around in. Far smaller than a puppy pad roughly about half the width of a puppy pad, possibly a bit less, and maybe six inches shorter in length as well. Which means that it won't work for constant indoor use during the winter, because dogs insist on having enough space between places they've used to find a clean spot to go and that's just not possible with such a small area. My dog might be above the mess, but his nose doesn't let him believe it. Hard to believe this is the large version, but I double checked the box, and it said it is. So I can't use it for the primary purpose I purchased it for (exclusive use during the winter), due to it's small size.

On the other hand, it seems to be very well constructed. The grass is lusher than in the other brand of dog potty I purchased, although I prefer to use it with a puppy pad in the bottom and just the bare plastic grate on top, to keep odor down and make cleanup easy. On inspection, there don't seem to be enough drainage holes in the grass to allow reasonable drainage of urine, so I strongly suggest that anyone who wants to use the grass add more holes, to minimize odor issues as much as possible. I had never planned on using the grass, so this wasn't an issue for me. One of the reasons I purchased from this company was that the plastic grating didn't look like it would hurt my dog's tender indoor paws, and the product seems to have worked out well from that standpoint.

The reason I gave it three stars is because my dog, who is very picky about his potties, seems to have taken to it without a great deal of fuss. I'm not sure if that's because he likes it better than the first potty I bought, or if it's simply because he's more used to the idea of going inside now (he prefers outside), but he did adapt fairly quickly. The best feature is the fact that it has such high sides eliminating issues with my dog standing on the potty, but doing his business over the edge which was a definite problem with the other potty. In addition, using it with a puppy pad and just the grate makes cleanup easy and there is really very little odor. This would be a really great product for people with, say, a six pound dog. I just wish they'd make a larger version.

This collar can be seen well at close range, not so well at furhter range and the light does not transfer through the collar as well as the picture shows. Additionally, the lighted portion is not as big and so if the collar rotates at all you may not see it anymore. There are better lighted collars out there that are not only brighter, but fully encompass the dogs neck. The light likes to disengage from the light carrier inside as well. I would go with Nite Ize Night Dawg over this collar if you have the dog off of a leash. If just using for night visibility while on the leash while walking then this one would be fine.

This 3/4 inch wide "Roqz Reflective Dog Lead" is a superior $10.00 replacement to a $20 reflective leash of another brand that was stolen at a dog park.

All materials seem to be top quality. It is more than strong enough for my very energetic and powerful 65 lb. dog who usually walks very good but occasionally lunges. The material is soft and comfortable and easily stuffs into my pocket. The 6' length and the end loop are the perfect size. Finally, the snap swivel seems heavy duty and works smoothly.

To me, this leash would be at the very top of a five star rating, nearly perfect.

This is a nice sturdy leash, and reflects the light as it should, except the reflective stitching is only on one face of the leash. I'd give it 5 stars if it was reflective on both sides. We recently purchased two leashes (3/4and 1-inch, both in black), a collar and a harness, all made by Rogz. While the collar and the harness seem fine, the leashes are not durable at all. Our dog playfully bit through them in no time while playing and grabbing at his leashes. When we contacted Rogz in South Africa and brought the flimsy nature of their leashes to their attention, their customer service had the following to say:

"The "tears/cuts" look very neat for teeth marks and we would have loved to have had the physical items to exam. Nevertheless, we can only assume that these leads were used for tie-outs. HLL leads should not be used as tie outs only HLM (double stitched) can be used for Temporary tie outs. We are also concerned as to why the dog was chewing on the leash. This behavioural problem can be a result of boredom, anxiety, etc. and may need to be addressed."

First, they accused us of making these cuts. Then they contradicted themselves and said that we must have used the leashes as tie-outs which the dog chewed through. Of course, neither of this is true and we had told them as much in our original comments to them. But that's not all. Their arrogance and presumptuous expertise in all things dog led them to also suggest to us that our dog must have behavioural issues that needed to be addresses. Not cool! And terrible marketing and customer service!

We've decided to stick with a sturdier and much cooler brand (Lupine) and are determined never to use Rogz products ever again. Not only are Lupine products extremely well made, they are also guaranteed for life. Best of all, they are made right here in the U.S. (New Hampshire).
