My Corgi absolutely loves Canidae Platinum. He has chronic urinary tract stones, bad kidneys, so he is on a special diet. These are the only treats he can have, besides fresh veggies and fruit.

My dog loves these!! He will do just about anything for one of these Canidae treats. I use them any time I have to do something he won't like. All I have to do is promise him a "cookie" and he will let me trim his nails or clean his ears etc. Before, as soon as he saw the nail trimmers he would go hide, now he will come to me. Mountain Rope Choke Collar 22 Inch - Red

Its a little thicker than I had hoped for and not crazy about all the metal. But works. Unfortuately my young dog chewed it up shortly after its arrival, while he was wearing it and left unattend. Not faulty, it was human error.

I was attracted to these leads for their good quality nylon. They are supple and oh so strong. The second attraction was the big choice of colors. When you have a few dogs like I do, individual lead/collar by colors become important.

After using these leads/collars for several months, they have yet to fail me.

A negative point about the design is when several leads are held together, they tend to knot easily at the loop end. I think the problem lies in the change of material, when the lead ends with nylon & the handlers loop, of a much softer material.

out of the 3 leashes we have hanging near the door, this is the one I use for longer walks. It adjustable so to keep my dog closer durning the walk and get be let out longer (adjustable luggage style strap) so when it's her time to sniff around. Oh, and I love the comfy handle.

Simple Solution Original Training Pads, 50 Pads

Absorbs well. Actually, out of all the pads listed, I have had the best luck with this one. I have two small dogs, paper trained. I put these down on the bathroom floor, and they far surpass any other item I have used to date, and I have tried them all!

The pads work great. I have3 small dogs and they all use the pads while I am at work if they can not wait until I get home. They are big enough but since I have 3 dogs I spread out 3 of them and it is more than enough. These potty pads are absorbant and bigger than many of the other pads I have tried.

I stumbled onto these pads due to a promotional price. Since then I will choose these as long as I can afford the extra price. The pads have eliminated my constant cleaning up of leaks etc...

They are also a more appealing light yellow color that blends better with lighter tones floors.

And yes, I'm talking about the "new & improved" version.

I love Simple Solutions' line of cleaning products, especially hardwood floor formula. Their pads have an extremely positive rating, with reviewers saying they are the "best" they've found, after trying many different brands. I, too, had been trying different brands, looking for the fabled "best", so that got my attention. I expected these pads to be good, even great. Potentially the best.

Wow, are these terrible. I can't comprehend how anyone could think these are even tolerable! I have 2 dogs under 20 pounds. One has congestive heart failure and is on a diuretic among her meds. I put the pads out mostly for her ocassional Frantically Urgent times, when she can't even wait to ask to be let out, or if we're not home, or asleep. The other dog just uses the pads for funsies, I guess, but I know she sometimes uses them. But they are both house trained and go out on a regular schedule. So these little dogs should not be a challenge for wee-wee pads that are supposedly the best. Oh but do these pads fail.

1) They're leaky. The plastic backing is outrageously flimsy. It has wide borders that aren't absorbent, so if the dog doesn't hit the bullseye but goes off to the side, game over. Even if they have good aim, the plastic is so flimsy it is easily overwhelmed and just starts letting it through.

Side note: Sometimes my older dog thinks she just needs to get her front feet on the pad. She's wrong, of course. Anybody else know dogs that do that?

2) They're not very absorbent. It takes a single use to destroy these things. I've watched my elderly dog go. Poor girl has to do a balancing act or stand in her urine because the pad puddles outwards. A good pad will absorb so well and so fast that the "affected area" will be small. Not these pads. They just aren't absorbent! They instantly become soggy messes.

3) They can't hold liquid. Once a dog goes, a good pad will absorb the liquid and become dry to the touch. These do not. They remain soggy. The absorbent material turns into a disgusting wet "gel" that my dogs have actually slipped on, and of course they track urine. My girls have to stand in their puddle when they go! Dogs don't like that.

4) They stink. A good pad will absorb odors. Not these. I can tell when my dog has used her Super Urgent Panic Pad that's in our bedroom (for when she can't even make it to the "official" wee-wee pad area by the back door where she prefers to go.) The whole room stinks of urine immediately. when we come home from being away for several hours, and missed a regularly sceduled outside time, the *whole house* stinks because the girls have used the pads.

5) They are just BAD! A truly awesome pad is essentially a diaper or maxi pad in floor mat form. Absorbent, dry to the touch, controls odor, doesn't leak. That is "the best". These Simple Solution pads are actually "the worst" and we've tried about ten different kinds, including OUT! The TRUE "BEST" we've found are Iris Neat 'n Dry Floor Protection and Training Pet Pads, Regular, 100 Count.. They may be small, but they are amazing. Everything a GOOD pad should be! Everything Simple Solutions isn't.

Thank goodness we found Iris when we did, too. I was getting really darn tired of disgusting inferior wee wee pads. Other truly *good* pads include Four Paws Wee Wee Housebreaking Pads 150/Pkgand Hartz Antibacterial Training Pads for Large Dogs, 30 Pads, which are bigger than Iris Regular Size but not *quite* as good otherwise. They are admirable, respectable runners up to Iris's championship. :)

Not only was the product very slow in reaching us, wrong color of collar plus no matter what we did, no vibration came forth! The little flash light works and a little tiny twerp sound works. But that is all that works. I am returning them. Our dogs thought the collars were just that, collars. I don't think they were disapointed the collars did not work!

I purchased this collar several times for a few clients who had Deaf dogs. This collar is perfect and cheaper than the alternatives as a way of getting your deaf dogs attention. We used the Low Vibe as a look at me. And the Higher Vibe as a COME. The flash light was also used to help the dog figure out which person was calling him. Worked perfect!

Only complaint is that it is a little bulky both in collar and in remote and the brown plastic could really be updated! :)

Other than that, this is a fantastic collar for training Deaf dogs!

This product was ok. it's not the best vibrating collar out there, but it does work. I would say that the vibration buzzes a little too long to be especially effective as a training tool. I was also disappointed that the collar came with electric shock, I thought it was only a vibration collar from the ad. I don't intend to ever use the shock and don't like the risk that I would shock my dog by accident.

Bought this item and when we received it it worked for one day. After that no shock or vibration would come of it. It is cheaply made in some crappy factory far away, so you get what you paid for which is crap.

I purchased this product about 3 months back. I love that the bumper actually keeps my dog in the fence (minature schnauzer) .My big German shepard at first thought it was a toy. It's light weight and my dog did not seem to mind at first. However, now that she is getting older she wants to go to the neighbors house and hang out with the 6 chihuahas they have. I dreaded walking my 120lb Bouvier. He has been "obedience trained" twice without much luck. He is the most stubborn, independent dog I have ever had. A friend suggested I try the Gentle Leader and as soon as I placed it on him and attached the leash, he was a different dog. I have absolutely no problems and walking has become a pleasure. I have also noticed he is more calm in the house and in the car when the collar is on; he is less aggressive with strangers and I no longer worry about him lunging at other dogs, cats, etc.

The DVD is informative and worth watching for proper placement of the collar and for proper usage.

Nothing Like It Designs Magnetic Dog Housebreaking and Training Pad Holder

I bought this last night and realized this can be closed up and shoved in the bag it comes in and my over nighter bag if I have to travel with my dog. I am ordering two more for the other rooms in my place. It holds down the pad so it can't blow over and fold when I am using my fan. It it heavy enough to keep it in place so it won't be kicked around the room by accident. My dog had used it already. It's a lot better then the huge flat plastic hard frame the my daughter has in her home for her dog. That one's not portable at all. Plus this ones cheaper. I can afford to buy one of these for every room. Unlike the hard plastic flat pad holders that cost close to three times more.

I love this, I have been looking for something to keep my puppy from dragging her pad all over the house. All that I had been able to find until I found this product was the big trays. This product folds for easy storage, which is great for when I'm traveling. It is capable of holding 2 sized pads which is great, and it is fairly heavy which is also nice. I love this product, and after having 2 in my house, have just purchased 2 more. I highly reccomend this to anyone who needs a tray for thier puppys pads, and wants something that is extreamly functional and helps those messy pads look, at least a little neater.

Have used it daily, but have only had it 3.5 months, and within the first 30 days the material was already beginning to tear along the folds where the magnets are built in. We are happy with it for the most part, as it's very easy to change pads, and easy to take with us and use in motel rooms. We will need a replacement soon,however, and will likely go with something a little better quality. This was a good deal for less than $15, however.
