Puppy Training Pads, 23" x 24"

Great pads, great service and great amount for a puppy at a great price.

These pads are ok. They are medical underpads usually used for people who are incontinant. They are a good size but not as absorbant as most regular Dog/Puppy training pads I am used to using. Being a medical pad they do not have any kind of attractant in them. My dog is older and pad trained but he doesn't seem to like this thinner pad. I also don't think that it holds the liquid in as well as a pad that is a bit thicker.

I bought these from Sam's Club based on the reviews everywhere for my puppies. The fact they are larger then the Wee brand pet pads and had polymer in them like Natures Miracle which I love except for the price I tried them. I am totally disappointed and to tell you the truth I would never ever use these for a person they would be laying in thier own urine! According to Dynarex's website these do not have the polymer but I called since some stores are advertising them this way and the girl at the actualy company Dynarex assured me yes it does. I don't see it, my 4lb puppy went and the whole pad was used up by one use! The actual pad you use is not 23x24 but only 19x20 inches the rest is the blue useless sides.making them very small yet another disappointment. You need to use twice as many so the deal you think you are getting you are not as you need to use twice the amount. I used them for one day and just returned them, no you do not get the shipping you paid for them either so don't order alot like I did thinking I was getting a great product! I am now trying the Simple Right brand 23x36 that you can purchase in store to see how these work out.

These pads are much too thin for in house use unless the puppy is very little. The edges did not keep the liquid contained.

got this the other day, and it's been attached to my cabela's training collar for a few trips out to the dog park. quality seems great, actually seems better than the plain black one that came with it from cabela's. i trimmed it down and then hit the end with a lighter for just a second to help 'seal' it in case that might cause it to unravel.

it almost looks reflective, but it isn't. i think it's just because the plastic coating is shiny, and the fabric inside is also a little shiny. i took it into a dark room and shined my flashlight on it, and it does reflect a bit of light, but isn't like a 'reflector' material is.

the size adjustment holes go out to a pretty big size, and there's a few inches of un-hole-punched material at the end you could punch yourself if you had a morbidly obese mastiff or something with a giant neck, and needed it a bit bigger. really, though, i can't imagine this not being big enough for any dog.

purchased one for each dog, but the smaller one keeps coming loose and has to be readjusted often. other than that, they actually do keep the dogs from pulling and choking themselves.

Although sometimes difficult to put on, this is the single best tool to use in training and safety for your dog. Unlike most standard collars or other harnesses that pull mainly on the neck area. This does not do that at all. The motion for pulling is around the waist. It may seem strange at first but this is the only way a harness should be used

Had a little trouble syncing transmitter with reciever, directions were somewhat hard to follow, almost gave up, finally got it charged, and synched and works great!!

This product is OK, But the battery that came with the remote doesn't fit. I had to buy a name brand battery to fit, and also the battery connection is not tight.

The TaoTronics TT-PT10 350 Meter Range Remote Control Weatherproof Dog, is a great training tool to use for your dog. I do not recommend this for any dog. This device is for medium to large dogs only. After weeks of use, I have found it to be quite helpful for training our hunting dog to follow commands with ease. This is also a great tool for going on walks with your dog so he/she does not stray to far. The only downside I have found is it is only ranged at 350 meters. But if your dog is that far off, your not doing a very good job so not really a big deal. I will post a video review later on

This product has helped alot with keeping my dog in my yard. It took a bit to learn how to use it properly (directions not very clear), but once I realized I could press and hold the buttons for beep, vibration and shock my dog doesn't go very far. The minute I either press the beep or vibration he turns right around and comes right back. He now knows when he doesn't come back he will get a shock and I am sure he has figured out he doesn't want that. Would highly recommend. Four stars only because of the directions.

This product is good so far although the collar is gigantic. I don't have a big dog (25 lbs) and I'm having a hard time picturing a dog big enough for this to fit on properly. I'm currently looking for a normal buckle type collar to try and fit this on. The 7 shock levels are good and yes I tried them on myself, but I only intend to use the vibrate function. I wish the vibration was stronger though. It's about the same as your iPhone vibrating....which isn't strong. My dog gets pretty focused on things like other dogs passing the yard and the vibrate does nothing to get his attention. I wish this function was adjustable like the shock function in order to customize it to the dog.

It's ironic that I selected this harness because I thought it would be easy to put on given the two-buckle system versus a step-in harness. To be fair, it could be my dog's issue only. Neither my daughter nor I could get this harness on properly. We were at obedience school and twice it ended up on the dog's butt and then on the ground. We gave up and tried a one-buckle harness that my daughter wanted. It worked much better. It could be that my dog was too impatient and jumping around that we could not figure out the two-buckle system (even though we practiced without the dog). The medium was a little too big for my 15+-pound dog, but the small would have been too small and I think the straps were thinner which I didn't like. Maybe others will have better luck. BTW, although a small detail, a matching lead makes the look much more polished and put together.

I don't know why... but put this on your pooch and it instantly stops pulling. I put the leash back on the collar, and I get pulling again.

Start this harness with your puppy to nip the habit of pulling from the beginning. The "tween" sizes are ony found on-line and much cheaper than in the pet stores. Machine washes/dryes well. Great investment!

I have a small cocker spaniel that likes to pull and would not tolerate the head harness/gentle leader. After using this for 3 months I can say it does keep her from pulling. Not that she doesn't try still. The only negatives are the price and the way you have to put it on takes a few seconds more. Overall though I am very satisfied.

Thundershirt Dog Shirt

I have 3 Jack Russell dogs that have their phobias about different things. I initially got it for my "alpha" of the dog pack who can be aggressive at times. I put this on him as directed, it is VERY IMPORTANT to introduce it to them correctly per the directions. Within 10 minutes he falls asleep... each time. Needless to say the other 2 Jack's have one of their own as well. I have washed them several times and they hold up well to that also. I ordered them for my Mother's 2 dogs and my Mother-in-Law's 2 dogs also. They all rave about this shirt! I have spent thousands on training, meds, behaviorists, etc.-none of which have worked. This was worth every penny!!!

I wish I could write two separate reviews. The shirt itself gets 5 stars. It's very high quality and I like that all the velcro sections are covered by more fabric so my dog isn't catching herself on the carpet, couch, etc. It was a bit difficult to put on with the different flaps, but the directions did a good job of explaining the process.

The first time we put this on the dog, she stood frozen for 10 minutes, like in other reviews. She seemed better when we got her moving by taking her for a walk. We even put the shirt on her when we had a BBQ so she would feel less anxious about all the people, noise, etc and it seemed to work. However, she started to get scared of the shirt and would run away the next time we tried to put it on her. This bring me to the second part of my review:

The customer service gets 0 stars. I tried calling them 3 different times at the number given on their packaging. I got a recording telling me to leave a message and that my call would be returned within 24 hours. Well, they never called me back even though I tried calling 3 times. I needed help for getting my dog not to be afraid of the thundershirt but they wouldn't even return my calls. So now I've spent all this money on a product I can't even use and it has the opposite effect from what's intended. It causes anxiety instead of reducing it.

The claims for this shirt sounded dubious to me, but I was desperate for a non-medical solution. My dog gets terrible anxiety during thunderstorms: trembling, panting, whining and scratching. For the two times I've put it on her, she has immediately calmed down. Recently, she woke me in the middle of the night shaking and panting. I put the shirt on her and she crawled under the covers and went right to sleep. No more panting, no more shaking. I kept the shirt on her for about 45 mins and took it off as I thought it might be too uncomfortably tight. She slept through the night with no more issues. I don't know how or why, but the shirt has worked for me thus far. The shirt is worth a try! FWIW, my dog is a senior, female Chihuahua.

My dog HATES car rides. She paces and pants the entire ride when we go on long trips. It is not only uncomfortable for her, but it is irksome to me as a driver because she won't stay still. We bought this shirt based on the other reviews and it does seem to reduce her panting. Mind you, she isn't cured where she lies down and sleeps (which would be ideal) but she is better, the panting is quieter and she seems a bit more calm. I recommend giving it a shot

I have two dogs, a 14 year old dachsund who is terrified of thunderstorms to the point we are afraid she'll have a heart attack during one; and a 4 year old Cavalier that has some separation anxiety issues.

I put the shirts on them during non-scarey times first, as recommended. They both went and laid down; fell asleep. Seriously chilled out. I've done this several times with the same result each time. I put them on them before I left the other day and I'm not sure it helped Spenser too much, though his incessant barking seemed a little less...but he still rumpled up my bathroom rug so I guess he was still upset...but he did seem MUCH calmer when I came home; no jumping and running around barking...just happy to see me.

Today is first test of the shirt during a thunderstorm, and it is not a really bad one, so maybe that's a good thing for the first try...I noticed the sky getting dark and immediately put the shirts on them...both went under my desk and fell asleep. As the storm got worse; few big rumbles of thunder, some lighting and real heavy rain Molly got up, looked a bit anxious...but no panting, no trembling, just concern. She laid down in the floor and is now snoring. I'm sold. Try it...what's the worst that could happen?

I'll report back in a month or two as storms are more frequent and let you know if its still working, but I'm amazed so far.

Nothing Like It Designs Magnetic Dog Housebreaking and Training Pad Holder

I bought this last night and realized this can be closed up and shoved in the bag it comes in and my over nighter bag if I have to travel with my dog. I am ordering two more for the other rooms in my place. It holds down the pad so it can't blow over and fold when I am using my fan. It it heavy enough to keep it in place so it won't be kicked around the room by accident. My dog had used it already. It's a lot better then the huge flat plastic hard frame the my daughter has in her home for her dog. That one's not portable at all. Plus this ones cheaper. I can afford to buy one of these for every room. Unlike the hard plastic flat pad holders that cost close to three times more.

I love this, I have been looking for something to keep my puppy from dragging her pad all over the house. All that I had been able to find until I found this product was the big trays. This product folds for easy storage, which is great for when I'm traveling. It is capable of holding 2 sized pads which is great, and it is fairly heavy which is also nice. I love this product, and after having 2 in my house, have just purchased 2 more. Have used it daily, but have only had it 3.5 months, and within the first 30 days the material was already beginning to tear along the folds where the magnets are built in. We are happy with it for the most part, as it's very easy to change pads, and easy to take with us and use in motel rooms. We will need a replacement soon,however, and will likely go with something a little better quality. This was a good deal for less than $15, however.

Pet Dog Play Pen Large 38" Tent Puppy Cat Exercise Pen Soft Play Yard Kennel Dog Crate Cage Zipped B

I purchased this after checking out a few dozen others! Upfront, I thought the shipping was much too high, especially compared to other similar products from similar distances. However, the price of the pen was very good and competitive. I purchased the 41" size.

I use this for two five month old kittens (with sharp kitten claws) while I am showing my home that is on the market. So far this works quite well and I am totally pleased with this choice.They are well contained and safe if I need to be out of the house for a showing. I keep a blanket, few toys and a small bowl of food and low dish of water ( keep a small towel around it at the base so if it does spill, it wouldn't flood the floor!). I haven't put the litter box in yet but there would be room for a small one.

I let them get used to the pen by opening the velcroed door and they actually ran in and out on their own. When putting them in to enclose them, I used the top and not the side door, so they wouldn't get the idea that they could mess with the zippers on the door to get out.

The zippers on the vinyl bottom and mesh top are good, nylon, heavy duty and a big plus is the inch and a half enclosed overlap of the zipper head when fully zipped that effectively keeps the zipper head invisible from their viewpoint and lessens the possibility of your pet getting it open. The enclosure is tall enough to give them good headroom. and wide enough for them to wrestle around and play a bit. The canvas and mesh are of good quality, too. The zipped, fully enclosed bottom is waterproof and easy to remove for cleaning. A solid plus.

One suggestion would be to label the matched folded corners of the doors inside and out with a marked piece of tape A to A, B to B, C to C, etc,when you FIRST open up the playpen so you would know how to fold it back up matching the letters! (permantly letter it with a permanent marker if you know you will be keeping it) The instructions for re-folding it are pretty much useless, with pictures only and bad pictures at that. Comes with a good carrying case and outside stakes, as well.

Good choice, I am very pleased and even with the high shipping, this is a solid investment for what I need. I plan on using this on trips as well.

I am so excited to use this for camping. I didn't realize it had all of the storage compartments along with 2 doggie doors that either zip all the way shut or you can roll them up and velcro them to the tan part near the top. I love that it has a bottom to keep them off of the ground and a mesh top. to keep the bugs out.

Don't hesitate!!! Buy this one!!! It is sturdy, well made and the only one that zips on the top and bottom with heavy duty zippers. It is made of durable canvas instead of cheap plastic, a couple inches larger each way and cheaper to boot!!! You will waste your money on the ones that do not have a zippered bottom as any pet could easily get out from underneath which defeats the whole purpose. I use this everyday for a paralyzed kitten to have a safe and private space to eat, rest or when I need to go out. This is strong and durable enough for a tasmanian devil yet easy and light enough for this disabled old granny to handle and carry. I rated this once before when I bought it. It has been several months that my male cat (who I untrained his ways of peeing in my home) has been using this nightly. I place wet food with him in there by 8p. It's a bit of Pavlov training but he's bugging me by 7:30p (no kidding) to get into his "tent." Friends call it a 'condo' because there's room for a large litter box, his two foot bed, and ample space for his food dish when I put it in there. The Perfect Leash Slip Lead Polyurethane Dog Leash, Black

I only had this leash for about a month and a half before it started fraying at the edge around the stress point, where the buckle slides on the leash the most while on my dog. I'm giving it 3 starts because I like the length and feel of the leash, and my dog responds well to it. I just wish it was more well made. A month and a half just doesn't cut it.
