E-Z Leash

I received the E-Z leash promptly with a handwritten note from the manufacturers. Great customer service and quality of materials used in the product. I initially purchased the item for one of my dogs that seems to get nervous whenever she sees a leash. I thought an integrated leash in collar combo would solve the problem. In theory, this product should work for anyone with a dog that does not pull on the leash. But if like me, you have a dog that pulls, you'll need to keep looking for a different product. The collar is strong and well built. The problem is not quality but rather design. After slipping the collar on and adjusting to fit properly, I set out with my dog, and within a second of her pulling, she was able to loosen the entire length of the collar and leash. Essentially, since the collar is part of the same length of material that connects to the leash, if your dog pulls he'll be able to slip out of the collar. My dog pulled for 2 seconds and the collar that has previously been adjusted to fit her neck, now was was 3 feet wide. Obviously, found myself physically trying to hold on to the dog that no longer had a collar around her neck; collar was so wide it was now around her abdomen. Unless they come up with a clamp or some form of way to keep the collar from loosening I dont see how I'll be able to use the product. I've decided to put it on my other dog, who does not pull, and at least Ive been able to get some use out of it. Wish they mentioned this design limitation in the description so that people with dogs who pull would know ahead of time of this issue.

A friend let me borrow this when i took my dog with me on a trip and i loved it. It was so handy and light weight. My dog didn't even know anything other than his regular collar was on him and i had a safety net in case he tried to run away or a strange dog was running at us or any other danger that comes up. When I used the leash part of the collar, it was so quick and easy and didn't scare him at all. I loved it so much I bought my own. It's well worth the price for the piece of mind.

This collar and leash combo is FABULOUS! The collar appears to be very comfortable on my dog and having an emergency leash is priceless. If you need to get a quick hold of your dog or if you have forgotten a separate leash, you just grab the velcro handle and you immediately have a short leash. If you need more leash line then just move the buckle and the leash expands in length even further. It is a wonderful invention and I highly recommend to all dog owners. Please note: I have medium and large dogs so I am not sure if it would work for very small dogs. Bungee Pupee 6-Feet X-Large Leash, Gold/Black

I ordered a large bungee leash (for dogs up to 165 pounds). My dog is 120 lbs. On the first walk using this leash the clasp snapped open when my dog pulled on the leash. The leash is rated for large dogs but clearly is not safe. I tested the other leash I bought (same size) and had the same results with it. The clasp snaps open when pulled. Not at all safe would definately not recommend for large dogs.

I've had this leash for my Husky for a few years now. I've loved it. He pulls a lot and its a bit easier on my shoulder and his neck... even thought the 'right' course of action would be to train him not to pull!

I bought the up to 165# leash about 10 yrs ago. It worked like a charm for my 100# American Bulldog. I am currently using it for my 115# French Mastiff and am having great results. I let the leash do the work for me and he get the "extra" exercise! I would definately reccomend this product to everyone with a dog that pulls when on a leash.

Over the past three years, my hip arthritis has really made walking my 90-pound female White Cavalier Pitbull more and more difficult; when she sees a rabbit bolt across the street or a small dog running around, she pulls very hard. If my arthritis is flaring up, my dog would almost literally pull me off my feet. I found the Bungee Puppee leash being sold at the Farmers Market in the Great Park of Orange County. My 100lb German Shepherd is a great dog... until he sees a cat. Then he pulls like he's on fire. This bungee leash is exactly what I needed to enjoy my walks. It gives us enough warning to brace ourselves when he goes crazy. Then when he gets to the end of the bungee he gets pulled back. Some reviewers mentioned the click was too loud. And I must admit it is indeed loud. I was very aprehensive about purchasing it because of this problem. However, I heard so much praise about clicker training that I bought it with the intention of muffling the sound by adhering some sound absorbing materials to the clicker to reduce the loudness of the click. Well, as soon as I got my hands on it I discovered an easy way to reduce the loudness of the click. Here is how:

Simply place the clicker with the orange button facing down on or just before that fatty tissue part of your palm that the thumb extends out of. Then apply firm pressure to the back side of the clicker by folding your four fingers on top the clicker. Make the pressure just firm enough so that clicker sound holes are pressing against the fatty tissue of your palm, then when needed just apply a little more pressure with the four fingers on the back of the clicker to make it click. If you have the clicker positioned at the proper angle the lanyard hole will be inline with the middle of your wrist.

Don't waste time with the cheap dog-bone clickers. This is reliable and you never find you're mashing the "wrong end" and failing to make the noise precisely when you need to. This was just the right clicker for me and my GSMD puppy when we were both learning marker/clicker training technique. That said, I finally switched to using my voice (I follow Ed Frawley's training advice and now YES! takes the place of click). Why? because with a leash, treats, and other gear there's one less thing to manage by hand, I never misplace my voice, and am always prepared to emit the behavior marker at the correct time! The switch from clicker to voice was no problem for either me or my dog, and there are still uses for these excellent clickers in training.

OK, I was anxious to get started so first I went to Petsmart to buy it in person. But they didn't have it, so I ended up buying one of those little bone ones. DON'T DO THAT! It broke within five minutes of using it.

So I got online and ordered this one from Amazon. It's SOOOOOO much better. It's very loud, sturdy and works perfectly.

I did some reading on the clicker method of training and was so excited to begin with our 10 month old dachshund and 9 year old yellow headed Amazon that I ran out and bought one of those yellow dog bone ones at PetCo. It was a piece of junk; not loud enough to use outside when doing leash training and it could barely be heard over normal house hold conversations.

So, I found this one on Amazon and in reading the reviews another person had the same problem with the dog bone ones. So I ordered it and just got it today and it is a wonderful clicker. Fits nicely into your hand, the button is easy to find and it makes a nice loud click that can be heard inside and out over normal conversations yet it is not so loud as to scare our somewhat skittish parrot.

I would recommend this highly.

Yes, this does click. It's sturdy and others have said it is loud. Loud worked for me because I have 6 dogs and when 6 dogs start barking most clickers just won't do. However; One day, while fiddling with a Snapple cap, it clicked. My dogs reacted to the clicking sound just as they did to the clicker. The Snapple cap is less expensive, fits in your pocket, you get the benefit of the drink itself, if you lose the cap you have lost no money and as previously stated; it is just as effective as the clicker sold here. KYJEN PAW HIDE GAME

I bought this puzzle for my 120lb Bullmastiff because he started getting into the trash while I was work, almost like every day. He's 3 and he doesn't know anything more than "sit" and I always thought he was kind of adorably slow, so I was skeptical of buying this puzzle. I brought it home and we sat on the floor and played together with it and at first I had to tilt the cups in the holes to get him to be able to do it. We did 3 cups together and then I left the room to see if he would keep playing with it by himself and he didn't. He sat on the other side of the room from it actually and took a nap.

Before I went to work the next day I resolved I would take it back to the store but I set it up one more time and left it on the floor. When I came home to check on him 3 hours later all the treats were out of it and all the cups were all over the kitchen and the paw shaped red thing wasn't even tipped over! I was so proud of him! I set it up every day before I leave now and when I come home it's all solved and he hasn't gotten into the trash, the baby gate wasn't knocked down, and nothing has been been destroyed even one time since I bought it.

The best part I think about this toy is that all the plastic that Kyjen uses is shatter proof. I've had a lot of problems before with shattered plastic. Tank (my bullmastiff) eats things he chews up and I've had to deal with bleeding gums before. Not fun. The cups bend on the top if your dog bites them to get them out but they don't crack. Also, my other fave is that it's dishwasher safe. As anyone who's ever seen Turner and Hooch knows mastiff breeds drool like crazy and Tank's toys get seriously freaking disgusting and it's great to be able to wash it.

You should but this toy, it's so worth it.

This is a great little item to keep a dog busy. But my 105 pound boy got bored with it so he just flipped the whole thing over with his mouth to dislodge the caps. It probably works better for a smaller dog.

I was very disappointed when the package came in the mail. The item had a piece of cardboard taped to the top and bottom of the original manufacturing packaging. The first problem was that my daughter saw the package and what it was. This was on her Santa list for our dog. Now I'm down one christmas present and I had to figure out how to explain why it came in the mail!!

Second the packing tape was directly adhered to the manufacturing box. There is no way to remove it without damage to the original box. Why would anyone ship something in this fashion? It is completely unprofessional and now the gift was a complete waste of my money.

If a company feel it necessary to ship in this fashion, even though the item is small enough to fit in another shipping standard sized box, you should state it when you list the item. I have never received a package in this condition before. There was no consideration for the buying and their use for the item. Taping it up that way renders it completely unusable as a gift and especially this time of year.

My miniature dauchshund is a pain in the car, and I don't feel safe letting her sit in the seat without a seatbelt because when I stopped to fast once, she went flying off the seat and onto the ground, flipping onto her back. She was OK, but I immediately went online and bought this seatbelt for her. She's much safer now, and it keeps her from wandering all over the car while I'm trying to drive. It works really well. The picture makes it look funny, but this belt is just a seatbelt piece that hooks into your regular seatbelt system and then a leash-end hook on the other end. It's simple and easy to use. It's also adjustable in length. I highly recommend that everyone buckle in their dogs for safey, and this is a great product to let you do that.

This definitely "fits" into the seat buckle, it just doesn't come back out. It was $60 to get it removed from my s40's seat. I can't say how well it works since I didn't actually get to use it. I can say, however, that it was REALLY secure in the buckle. I mean there was no getting that sucker out! As long as your dog doesn't like to chew through nylon straps and you never need to take it out of the buckle, you are set with this one.

I really like the two levels of bells on this product. After a month, my dog is finally starting to figure it out. She was originally very uncertain about the noise and afraid to ring them. It took about a week for her to get over that. So far, so good though. No accidents since she made the connection between the bells and "Let's go potty."

We used these during a rough potty training patch when our puppy stopped giving clear signals and we had some accidents. He took to the bells immediately, it was amazing. Every time we thought he needed to go out, we'd hit the bells with his paw or kinda have him nose them while we picked him up. He started using them himself within 2-3 days. Unfortunately after several weeks (during which potty training improved substantially) he started to use them when he was bored and just wanted to go sniff around. We tried to discourage it by only giving him a very brief time outside if the bells were rung, but I found I was still taking them down almost every day due to "abuse". We retired them for good a couple weeks ago now that he's reliably trained and he discovered he can just bark at the back door if we're not nearby!

Short answer these worked well for us during potty training but are too loud and too tempting a toy for our pup now that he's trained. I'd still recommend for anyone having potty training trouble (or even just to make it easier on anyone).

My only comment on this design is that the bells are noisy, and of course jingle whenever you use the door, no matter if it's to take the dog out or not. If I were to go through this again I might get a bell mounted near the door, not on it.

These should say they are womens' pantylines. Because that is ALL they are, and cheap thin ones at that. Save your money.

Like the previous poster mentioned, these are glorified pantyliners. They don't hold urine very well at all. I use regular nighttime maxis for my doggie diapers now, and they work perfectly and keep the urine from soaking through to the diaper.

Save your money and spend it on normal overnight maxis.

These are a total waste of money. I have a little dog who likes to mark in the house, so I bought the small male dog diaper and these liners from Simple Solutions. The liners are so small that you'd need x-ray vision to get them lined up right when your dog wears the diaper. I don't, so the fabric got wet, and totally defeated the purpose of having liners. I ended up using two at a time just to use them up. I can't imagine what would happen if someone whose dog wears bigger than a small diaper tried to use these. Ugh. My advice? Go on eBay and see how many people are out there making and selling male dog belly wraps that don't need liners. You can get several for the price of one Simple Solution male dog diaper and they're custom made!

I felt like a total idiot when I opened this package. The diaper liners look like regular panty liners you can buy in the feminine hygiene department of any store for $1. I am not really disappointed with the product itself, more so with myself for not realizing this before paying almost $10 dollars for this item.

I used this for my 15yr old lab Bailey who has since left me sadly in October of 2011. This was the best thing I came across to use for his little drip issue we were having. I just remodeled and I wanted to be comfortable and I wanted him to be comfortable as well. Bailey knew he had an issue as he tried constantly to clean up after himself, I started using this and he was so much happier! Now a few pointers!!

The pads are not worth the money!! They are not very absorbent, They do not stick well at all and if they get a tad damp forget it they fall off, they crunch up in the wrap making them useless and more expensive the female products soooooo...

I used Poise Ultra Absorbent people pads inside and they were fantastic VS the Simple Solutions pads which sadly were terrible and a total waste of money. Simple Solution pads are just over priced expensive Kotex pads that could not handle the amount of urine that can occur unlike the Poise pads, remember this is what Poise pads are used for. You should get the ones that fit how much you dog drips so it may take some experimenting my dog was large so mine were the most absorbent I could get. Great thing is you can get them in-store and on sale almost anywhere!

I bought baby wipes to wipe him down and keep him clean, remember it is the same concept as a baby wearing a diaper and sitting in it, I didn't want to risk any infection. No alcohol!

Make sure you measure your dog, to tight can cause a lot of chafing!! Mine was the right size but I ended up sewing micro-fiber cloth on the elastic part where the material scrunched up as this was causing chafing behind his manly area. He was not use to anything rubbing his skin in that area and the material is pretty stiff. I had to leave it off till it healed and sadly I never had the chance to see if the microfiber would have relieved the problem. Make sure you check your dog to make sure this is not occurring due to some dogs have a higher tolerance to pain. It would be great if they could use a softer material in the elastic area. I wish they were a tad cheaper in price, I did purchase one at Petsmart and the other on Ebay for a fraction of the cost, if you don't mind used(they are washed!!) it's a deal! I would recommend but def do some shopping as they are not cheap!
