This product do not works for long. Does not hold a charge for more than one day. Does not work at all after 3 months. Collar is way to heavy for smaller dogs. Will not turn off or on. and you can not get hold of anybody for the warranty. I bought 2 of them and both are bad. Out the money and noone to help

I ordered this product for my small schnauzer. The description said for small and Large dogs. Well to my disappointment when it showed up the collar was HUGE!!! and the buckle on it Heavy.. too heavy for my little guys neck. The package says Large/XL Boy they are not kidding. I was told to cut the collar to fit, well that does nothing for the heavy buckle. Then I was told to use my own collar, well that would work great if it did not have clip buckles attached as I cannot threat it through the loops on the device. SO now I am stuck having to buy a collar that will work with this. But am afraid that if this is designed for a LARGE dog, how shocked will my little boy get? Leary to use. SO ask questions before you order so you don't end up with my same dilemma if you are buying for a small yapper.

I read several other reviews about this product before purchasing and decided to take a chance because I had already tried several other things. This collar worked great! My dog is medium-sized, 42 lbs, and it is still fairly big. However, I just cut back the collar a little since it is plastic so it wouldn't get in her way when she has it on. I read others having issues with battery life, but I haven't had any of that. She has worn it for days off and on without it ever losing its charge. However, I did read the key is NOT keeping it on the charger, so I let it die completely before re-charging.

This collar worked really well from the first time I used it, as my dog was continuously barking at a very high level. When it first buzzed her a little, she didn't stop. Then when the vibration increased, she seemed confused and a little freaked. She barked a little more and the frequency increased so much she immediately stopped and didn't bark again. That was the end of it! Now, indoors or out, when she gets to barking too much, all I have to do is put it on and she "remembers" that it will do something unkind. It didn't hurt her, as I was initially concerned about that, but it will scare them a little at first. This has been a miracle for us, as the continuous barking would have meant a new home for our dog. After 5 months, it is still doing well.

The only con about this collar is that the instructions are VERY vague. I found some other websites that gave more information about how to use it and the different lights (one is blue, one is red, what it means when they are blinking. I did have an issue with the charger breaking, but the seller was great about sending me a new one with no questions asked. Get educated about how to use this properly and it will work!

The package arrived semi-intact. Some crushing of it but not a lot of lost treats/biscuits. The treats themselves are okay. We're still searching for the right tartar control treats since Nutro changed their formula. All in all there were fine but not ones we'd use on a regular basis.

I have loved Old Mother Hubbard dog biscuits for some time now. I had never seen these Tartar Control biscuits in the stores but thought they'd be helpful for my dogs so I ordered them two bags. On opening the first bag, a strong rancid smell was quite noticeable. The second bag was the same. I ordered these on February 5, 2013. The expiration date on both bags was in April of 2013 so they should have been good till then at the least. Most products are good till sometime after the expiration date. Either way these were not in a good condition to consider them fresh. I did call the manufacturer to report the poor quality of the product. Hopefully whatever caused this unusual occurrence in a normally quality product will be rectified.

I bought this product for tartar control and hopefully a bad breath solution. My Chloe's breath is still not great. I'm not sure about the tartar control. But this is a fantastic treat for the inside of a Kong because your dog will lick up every speck and it doesn't smell. Hence, it leaves your carpet realively clean while giving your dog a crunch treat that might help with tartar.

The best help for tartar, however, is an uncooked deer leg. I know that may sound gross to many, but my neighbors hunt deer for the food. None of us in my neighborhood have much money. This vest is absolutely perfect. I have a tiny three pound Chihuahua who is in training as a service pet for diabetes. I could not find a vest at the training center that was small enough for him and everywhere I went I was disappointed with the quality of the products I found for smaller dogs. The pictures of this give you the impression that the "Working Service Dog" label is part of the vest. This is not the case and comes seperate with no way of attaching it. I am still trying to figure out how I can attach it. It is also very small about 1-1/2 in by 1/2 in. I expected a vest that I could use out of the box this is not the case.

This product is extra tiny, exactly as promised. My DH has a very small 3lb Chihuahua PSA and this is the first product we have found that actually fits him! However, be forwarned, there is not much extra fabric on this vest to put additional patches (unless they are quite small) We already had a 2.5 inch patch which will not fit, but were quite pleased to find that this vest comes with a small patch! My puppy loves them, though the sweet potato ones she likes better than these but she likes these better than the cheddar ones. But she still enjoys all the flavors.

These are the best dog treats I have found for training my 4 month old puppy. They are small and very desirable treats that my dog enjoys. Small treats are great for training because you can give quite a few of them versus the larger treats. The bag of treats also lasts a long time because they are small. I will continue to use these treats with my dog!

I had no idea these were so overpriced until I checked them out on the company's website. I thought they would still be OK since I had already bought them for my little shihtzu, but when I opened the bag, they smelled really weird to me. I called the company to tell them I thought something was wrong with them because they smelled nothing at all like the larger peanut butter treats. I was assured by Marianne that they should. She is sending me a replacement and a trial pack of another flavor for little Sheldon, so we know their customer service is good. She thinks that they weren't stored correctly before they were shipped, but that's all she could guess without seeing them herself. I order some of the dogranola treats and they are another hit, just kind of big. The bigger treats are great and probably the smaller ones too...just not these.

I try to buy my dogs the very best treats possible, since I buy the best food possible. You may not like my choices, but I buy nothing made with ingredients from China or made in China. There have been too many dog and human related scares for my liking. I love China, but I'm not confident in their oversight. I don't buy treats filled with fillers. I like to know the ingredients I'm buying and how to pronounce them. I won't buy any treats I wouldn't eat. My pets are extremely important to me and I feel that keeping them healthy will keep them around longer. I've never had a reason to not trust Old Mother Hubbard, so I continue to purchase from them.
