Not sure if it's the smell or flavor or both but our Siberian Husky loves these treats. They are easy to break apart with your hand to give as smaller treats for shaping. We'll definitely be buying more.

I use this to deter barking. It works! I'm currently using it to train a dog to stop jumping up on people. And it's worked for that too. I'm absolutely in favor of positive training methods and this works to catch the dog's attention without any yelling. My friend used one of these with her dog. After two weeks of consistent use ("No Bark" then activating the trainer), she was about to give up. Then it clicked for her dog and has been very effective in stopping his barking ever since. Now all she does is show him the device and he stops barking. We're into week three with our little dog and while she seems to take note when we activate it, and I think her barking has decreased just a little, she's still Lucy Barker most of the time. But the puppy is only 10 weeks old and he can 'fill' a pad because it spreads out instead of the 'gel' absorbing of my other pads. When I pick up the pad after only 1 use, the floor under seems a little damp. He's only 3 lbs!

we used these and then got cheap and bought bulk medical ones and those barely absorbed 1 pee from our dog (12lbs) while these can absorb 2-3 pees. We have a wiz dog wee wee pad holder that is basically a tray with a grate on top so that the dog doesn't walk in the pee and it allows the pad to be used more than once. Save your UPC codes from the package and when you get to 10 you can mail them in for a rebate. These are great for when we leave the dog at home alone, or travel with him. Precision Pet Little Stinker Heavy Duty Poop Scoop with Rake

We are a dog rescue and currently house 21 dogs of all sizes. You may be sure they create a lot of poop to scoop. We have tried out almost all the pooper scoopers on th market and find this one to be ideal for use in the yard, kennels, and even our pygmy goat shelter!

While these are a little heavier than most the ability to change handle lengths on both the pan and scoop make them easier to handle. If the equipment is left in the yard by mistake the lack of wood keeps the dogs from thinking this is a chew toy. The metal handles also should last longer and not have the breakage problem we had with other types.

We highly recommend these scoopers especially to anyone with a multipet household.

This item makes much play of the metal pan and the aluminium handle. Both are true, but what they do NOT tell you is that the telescoping handles depend on a crappy little black plastic collar at the join. Mine is already cracked, after just on a month's VERY light use (I'm in Maine, the Southern NJ bit is way out of date, we've had snow cover most of that time!) and as a result, the handle has no rigidity.

If they had just invested a few cents extra in the production, and put some kind of bolt fastener through the handle, it would be a good buy. As it is, this item, in my view, is a piece of exactly the same material as it's meant to be picking up.

I'll continue to use it I just have to throw away their aluminium handle (and no doubt the other one, in due course) and buy a broom handle from the local hardware store, fit those and cut them to length. WHY, though? WHY cheapen a decent piece of kit with a crappy little plastic part? It makes no sense whatsoever, not to me, at any rate.

Bottom line buy this product if you wish (probably all alternatives are the same) but expect to have to replace the handle due to that plastic collar cracking within months, if not weeks.

And, it's perfect...I can hook the long lead on (for when Bob potties) but when we're training the extension is the perfect length for me to able to correct Bob without too much excess in the way. I worked in the pet industry for over ten years, and have seen and tried nearly every style and brand out there. I have a clear idea of what I want in a collar.

I know most people don't have a problem most of the time with the snap style fasteners, but I just don't trust them--so I always look for metal buckles. I prefer to avoid D rings, especially if that is the only place for tag and leash connection.

This collar is sturdy! I tried punching an extra hole, and it just wasn't working. My Great Pyrenees pup is wearing this one. His hair isn't getting wrapped in it. Even at dusk when I can't see the color of the collar through his fur, and I flash a light at him, the reflector is bright. With the nylon coating, there's no funky dog smell after a rain.
