Well at least the treats are made in the USA, we're using the Kong rubber tire toy, and while the 'treats' are fairly large, it is too easy for our GSD puppy to get them out I just feel that the 'treats' should be larger and the packaging marked for what Kong toy would be correct.

My dog is fussy about what treats he'll respond to. These treats are effective training treats. I break them into little bits to get more mileage from them. They are pricey. Rural King here seems to have stopped carrying them so I was glad to find them on-line

So the reason I bought these and paid so much money for this lil bag of treats it because I wanted a treat that would fit perfectly in the kong so I don't have to shove several treats into it. Okay so they say fits perfectly into Kong so I'm expecting one treat will fit perfectly inside (as described) so as I'm running out for work, I can shove one it, give to my dog and go. These treats are tiny!! They would fit a doll-house sized kong perhaps? I have a small dog kong and yeah, I can shove one far into the bottom of a kong but it still will fall out unless I fill it with peanut butter or another substance. SOOO disappointed!

My dog goes nuts over these, and I was so happy to find something that inspires such loyalty in her that also has good healthy ingredients.

Previously the only treat she went crazy for (having tried freeze dried liver bits, duck jerky, zukes treats in various flavors, and all other kinds of real-ingredient treats) was something that had high-fructose corn syrup as the 2nd ingredient -definitely not something i ever wanted to feed her. They are large (the size of half an unshelled walnut) so i break them into 1/6ths to use as training rewards. The only downside is that if you break them up ahead of time, their edges will crumble a bit in your pocket, but nothing too bad.

Since most of the reviews I've read of this product are from dog owners, I wanted to make sure to provide a perspective from a cat owner. My cat has kidney cancer and recently stopped using the litter box due to difficulty walking and getting in and out of the box. I thought the Pet Loo might work for her, and took a chance on it even though it's pretty expensive. When it arrived and I saw it in person, I wasn't sure she would actually use it. To my surprise, she used it the first night I had it out and has been using it ever since. It's so much easier for her, and much more convenient and clean for me to deal with than a litter box. I have it in the bedroom where she stays and there are no issues with odor or mess. She's not going to be with us much longer, but I'm very happy I bought it, since it's making her life better during her last days.

I have 4 dogs and accidents have been common place. I have purchased 2 other similar products but this one was the best. The clean-up is very easy and the dogs really use it. One of my dogs doesn't use it all the time, but not all dogs are as easy to learn as others. Please note that I have never trained my dogs to use them. No time. I have simply put this out. It is the only one I have purchased 2 of. It is sturdy, not too low to the ground and well designed. Clean-up is even better than the one which uses washable pads as there is no intermediate grate for the urine to linger on.

I worked hard for weeks with my cat to get him to use this. I even sprinkled his urine over the top and left some in the tray. I left it by the litter box for days, I sprinkled his fav litter ontop. I placed it so he had to crawl over it to get to the litter box. I tried praise, training, treats and encouragement. I tried leaving him alone to figure it out. He will use it to lay on, he will use it as a launch box to climb onto the counter, but he wont pee on it. This would probably work better for a dog who can more easily be trained in bathroom manners. Dogs have owners they wish to please, Cats only wish for their owners to please them. This was a fail for me.

We purchased the Kitty Kat Loo for our Chihuahua puppy and he used it without fuss from day one. He started to chew on the fake grass layer after the first week while we were at work. So, we bought four giant river pebbles to weigh down the corners and haven't had any issues since.

If you don't flush the Loo and empty the tray every night, the smell can get a bit much. To combat this, I'm now experimenting with bags of activated carbon etc that you can get from aquarium stores.

Overall, great product. Really light so it's not too much of a drag to perform weekly cleaning.

I have a girl dog that I previously purchased a pink camo color for (a while ago and couldn't remember where I purchased it). When we got our second dog (a boy), I wanted them to have matching collars :) So, when I saw this collar on Amazon....it was perfect! Now they have matching camo collars....one pink & one blue and they look super cute!

The colors are vibrant but I expected the collar to be wider. The buckle does not stay tight,so you need to keep readjusting it.

My 10 week old Sheltie/Lab mix figured this out the first time we used it and it took her less than a minute to get all the treats out. My mom gave this to me thinking it would give me some peace and quiet when I'm trying to work from home, after previously using it often with her 1-year-old dog, who took quite awhile to figure it out. (Admittedly, her dog is a little "slow"... still can't figure out how to fetch or climb stairs at 2 years old, or maybe she's just not very motivated to do those things...)

My puppy does seem to enjoy playing the game and gets very excited when I take it out, but she goes through it so fast that it really doesn't give me much of a break, since she wants me to refill it every couple minutes. Only partially works. Have to re-set constantly. Would not recommend this product to anyone. Not user friendly, doesn't appear to be very water resistant.

Great product. If you don't want to use the shock feature, the vibration feature is available in all different strengths (range of 1-99), plus a beep feature (that distracts some dogs). For my dogs (who were just extremely stubborn and wouldn't stop barking or biting), had to use the shock feature (but used the very lowest setting). Inside 3 uses, this completely stopped their extreme barking, and corrected all biting and mouthing habits. Only drawback is the collars. For my dogs (Yorkies) they were too big (had to use a rubberband to keep the slack out of reach, otherwise the dogs would chew through it and pull it off with their teeth). Other than that, this product worked great.

Bought this product, although it worked for dog barking, it was a pain to get it to work. It drained the batteries,which are a discontinue size, so i had to find them, which are no where to be found. And it ran out of batteries literally every other day. Not worth it. It also only lasted for about 6 months, now it doesn't work at all.

These are the best pads I have found! They are worth EVERY penny. I have a little dog but it has cushings disease. Because of the disease, he drinks almost a gallon of water a day, pees A LOT and can't hold it like most dogs. To compound the problem, I live in a condo. It sucked at first until I found these pads. I use a potty patch (fake green grass with plastic bottom) and line it with liners for patio use so I do not have to dispose of the urine in the tray and the dog still gets to feel as if he is peeing on grass in a yard. I bought another brand at first and found it did not hold much urine and I still had to pour out the pooled urine from the bottom of the pan at the end of the day. This went against what I was trying to accomplish, in addition to it being a waste of money. I found these pads and my life is all better now. They work exactly how I needed them to work. They absorb ALL the urine when he pees on the potty patch without any pooling in the bottom of the tray. I only have to change the pad every other day too. I was shocked with how much urine it holds. It is the closet thing to the dog wearing a diaper. All I have to do is change the pad and throw the old one away. The pads really helped the dog transition from a home with a yard to condo living with his disease. You won't be disappointed with these pads. PS-If your doggy patch starts smelling, spray it with vinegar.

I am still working on training my two unruly dogs. I was searching for something to attach my two dogs to so when I open the hatchback of my SUV they didn't jump out. After an embarrassing chase in a parking lot when dropping my dogs off at doggy daycare where my dogs ran in circles and I tried to catch them, I knew I needed a solution better than "stay" when I opened the SUV door. I needed something short enough that they wouldn't be able to get close to the edge and hurt themselves. I didn't want to deal with crates or trying to tie their leashes. This is a perfect simple and efficient solution. I attach 1 coupler to a metal ring in my car, and one coupler for each dog. It's short enough to keep them closer to the back seat vs at the tailgate edge. Problem solved! Now I can attach a leash when we are ready and release the restraint when the leash is on. No more houdini dogs and no more embarrassed mama chasing her badly behaved boys. I got ya boyz! Ha.

Herm Sprenger Prong Collar 22 inch XHeavyweight

My dog has a 15" neck where he is supposed to wear the collar so this one was huge on him with all the links. Why didn't I measure.. I don't know. The good news is you can take links out which is why I cautioned on the side of big since I wasn't sure. I give it 5 stars because this prong collar is great quality and craftsmanship. However, in hindsight, I don't think I would have gotten this one for these reasons:

I have a big dog (great dane mix) and with taking links out to get the right measurement, he is an in between the verge of too small and too big. The links are too large to get a perfect fit. So in hindsight I would get at least a medium link size if not small even though he;s a big dog for better fit flexibility.

Secondly, the prong collar puts drive in a dog. I didn't know that when I got this as a solution to keep the dog from pulling on a walk. this prong collar has 90% stopped the dog from pulling, but it's not that he doesn't want to, when he doesn't have this on he will still revert to gradual pulling. It is a constant battle of reminding the dog to heel. The collar has cause some aggression problems because the dog has become driven upon correction and will sometimes instinctively attempt to nip the air upon correction. I am going to try a different type of collar that removes drive from the dog, not incite drive.

I have a friend who thinks these collars are inhumane. Be educated on what a prong collar does and does not do and is and is not so that when people try to bad talk your training methods you can inform them. You may hear a lot of "shoulds" and "shouldn'ts" when using this collar.

Third, consider a backup collar. I have never had a problem with this collar coming undone but some have and then you may have a very bad situation on your hands.

This company (Leerburg) makes a good solution to a backup collar and a leash that is for use with a prong collar and backup collar together. The backup collar they make is the one I am going to try instead of a prong collar. The problem with a prong is you only use it on walks, you still need another collar on them for their tags. This other collar is one that can stay on always, AND be used for corrections, AND takes drive out of dogs.

I have had a problem a few times with this. It has at least three times where it has come apart, the most recent time it fell into three pieces while we were out on a walk to the lake. I have no idea why it has done this, I am not sure how it can do this either. I am a bit worried if it continues that I may have to find something else to try. I do not blame the place I ordered it from rather the company that makes this product.

I am out and walkin with my two great labs. I had just about given up when my labs, Rocky and Max reached 100 lbs plus, and could not be trusted not to bolt at rabbits, squirrels etc. Had a few wild rides, but no more.
