Veterinarian's Best Bitter Cherry Taste Deterrent Spray for Dogs and Cats, 7.5oz

Veterinarian's Best Bitter Cherry Taste Deterrent Spray for Dogs and Cats, 7.5ozI bought this for my 12 week old puppy. He LOVES it. He chews even more on the things I spray it on. I literally sprayed it directly in his mouth and he wanted more. It's like a treat for him. Must not taste that bad.

Tried it, I'm halfway through the bottle, and use 2-3 sprays each time, I would say, at first they really hated it, but then after that they got used to it, in the long run, it just doesn't seem to cut it at all, but it really might depend upon your cat too, b/c one of the two cats I have are Very Persistent Buggers! ... Cats will be Cats!

Hoped this helped!

Poochie-Bells EcoFriendly Soft Bamboo Terracotta Dog Training

Poochie-Bells EcoFriendly Soft Bamboo Terracotta Dog TrainingI was skeptical at first. But each time we got to the front door, where I hung these on the knob, I'd ring the bell and say "let's go peeps" as we walked out. Within a couple of days, Scoot surprised me by going to the door , hitting the bells with his snout and waiting there for me.....

The product works as advertised. Our dog quickly learned to use it. We ignore it at our peril, for she becomes nervous if we do and may do her business in the house.

We bought this probably 1 1/2 months ago and today for the first time our dog used it. She's used it twice today so far.

We have been jingling it every time we let her out and she had no interest in it. I'm very happy that it's finally clicked with her. She's 7 months old, so definitely still a puppy.

My puppy was 12 weeks old when he started to learn how to use this. I always made him ring it at first so he can get use to it knowing it will yield him to go outside. After a few weeks he got it down packed. There are times he will ring it just to go outside and chase the squirrels lol.

My Miniature Golden Retriever mastered these bells in less than two days at 3 months old. I take them traveling with us too. I hang on hotel door and he walks under them to give a gentle sound to pee. He beats them with both front paws when he has to poop. I love them and refer all my friends to these bells. Haven't had one accident with these bells. At least none that were his fault. Don't use them if you leave your dog unattended. Easy for me because he is a service dog and goes everywhere I go. I now have a 2 1/2 month old pit bull puppy too. She rang the bells to pee for he first time today; after one week of show and tell from me and one year golden retriever. I fell asleep with her in my lap and awakened to her at the back door ringing the bells. I'm on pain medicine, so that tells you they are loud.I must admit that I tried to save a buck and ordered some bells off a popular auction site to give as Christmas gifts. I will not be embarrassing myself and gifting them to anyone. I'm paying the extra buck and getting these (larger; more bells on cord; and louder).

Clean Go Pet Disposable Doggie Diaper, Medium

Clean Go Pet Disposable Doggie Diaper, MediumI needed these for my cat who had major surgery and needed to keep the area clean and free from him licking. but there was no product for cats. I used this one because it was for small dogs. it is his size but the whole was too close so he still managed to get the pee out the whole. other than that, it reminds me of Huggies and I really liked the absorbancey.

I found that these disposal pet diagpers did not fasten properly and didn't not stay on my 14 lb dog. I would not purchase them again.

Simple Solution Indoor/Outdoor Repellent for Dogs & Cats, 14 oz. aerosol

Simple Solution Indoor/Outdoor Repellent for Dogs & Cats, 14 oz. aerosolI have a cat the urinates in alot of inappropriate places the back patio and garage among them. I spray this product on the places he pees and it seems to help. He is no longer peeing on the patio. It does smell bad but it goes away quickly outside and in the garage.

Along with training, this spray offers an initial repulsion for our dog. However, upon first spraying, the entire room had a strong chemical smell. This subsided after about 5 minutes (not bad). Just be sure to wash your hands after spraying... if you pet your dog with this on it, he gets kinda confused....

I bought several new throw rugs, and purchased this to keep the dog off them once and for all. I got 2 cans, and sprayed a light even spray morning and night. It had some effect, but not what I hoped for. The can sprays a super fine mist, so you must go over the area several times, using the 1st can up quickly. (I am looking for something in a powder form-something that will stay in the rug a little longer.)

After patching the hole my puppy chewed in the wall, I sprayed this product, Simple Solution, liberally over the patch. Came home today and she had chewed the exact same place. I think hair spray would have had a better result at less money. This product is a complete and utter consumer rip-off!

I have a male dog that lifts his leg. No reason other then marking in the house, drives me crazy. The older version was not as fine a spray and I think I liked that better. It does help but I find I need to keep using it at least once a week on his favorite spots. I wouldn't be without it but I wish it lasted longer and I dont like this fine spray

SportDOG 100-Acre In-Ground Pet Fence System, SDF-100A

SportDOG 100-Acre In-Ground Pet Fence System, SDF-100AI have two medium size mutts. Chase is laid back but loves to run and play and Rufus is a very timid and scared of alot.

First off let me say this make sure the range is adjusted on the box before putting the batteries in the collars. My husband was holding the collar in his hand inside the house (far away from the lines) and got shocked on the 5th level! Ouch! We readjusted the range to two feet from the line and truned the collar down to level 2 after that.I think the range came out of the box set on 40 feet

I took chase out on a leash and let him lead me to the perimiter rather than me taking him over there and tossing a toy or treat across the line like youre instructed too. It only took him 2 times of trying to cross over the fence before he realized that he didnt wanna go anywhere near those flags. He LOVES playing fetch but you better believe if that ball goes NEAR that fence he will NOT even try to go get it! We did have one incident the other day where there was a cat in the back yard and Chase blew through the fence and did not even flench when he was getting shocked! However, ever since then he has been even more reluctant to get close to the fence so I think the level 5 shock hurt him enough that he wont be doing that again (The shock level increases as they cross the perimeter).

Rufus was a different story. I let him lead me to the perimeter just as I did for Chase and once he got shocked he was terrified of his yard. We would lead him around and show him all the places he could go but he would never leave our side. When we would let him out by himself he would not even leave the back porch. We tried for 2 weeks to get him used to it but he never did. I called the company for advice and they instructed me to start over. Here is what the customer service rep informed me to do incase anyone else has this problem. Give him a week or so to get used to being in his yard without the collar on. I put Rufus back on the runner we were using before we installed the fence. After he is comfortable in the yard again put the collar on but dont put batteries in it. After a few days of doing that turn the vibrate only function on and see how he does with that. Once he is comfortable wandering around the yard you can turn the shock back on to the lowest level to correct him if he tries to leave the perimeter.

Another issue we had is that if you lay the line within 3 feet of any wire (telephone, cable, electric, etc) the signal can apparently transmit to that wire and mess up your range. We noticed that sometimes when we would let the dogs out the back door their collars would vibrate like they were nearing the edge of the perimeter. The back door is in almost the very center of the perimeter so we couldn't figure out why this was happening. The customer service rep told us we would need to dig up and move the line further away from the house so this wouldnt happen anymore.

One more thingI apparently misread some information about this fence because I thought the collars continued to shock the dogs when they were outside of the perimeter until they got back inside of it. That is not true though. The collar only shocks them when they are inside of the range you set. So if you set a 2 foot range it will shock them 2 feet before the line and 2 feet behind the line. Once they get out of that zone it will deliver the static charge.

Im sorry this was so long but I understand what a big decision it is so I thought I would give you all the details. Overall I love this fence and have alot of trust in it and my dogs response to it. I would definetly recommend it to anyone looking at this as an option. I hope this was helpful!

Researched in ground fence systems extensively and purchased the SportDog system for my ¾ acre property. Glad I did. Easy to install with quality hardware........unlike other systems I looked at. Purchased primarily for our Lab puppy, but also purchased two smaller compatible collars for our two miniature wiener dogs. It maybe took a day or so for all of our dogs to associate the flags with the boundary. System has multiple settings, so you can set a vibration, beep, then mild shock. I think our dogs were shocked once each. Now, when they get close to the boundary flags, the (non-shocking) vibration is enough to alert them to turn around. $220 is a bargain for the peace of mind in knowing that my dogs will stay in the yard.

I have a Labrador retriever who is about 4 months old and an adult boston terrier. We had trouble with them going to neighbors houses to get petted, or the boston would run after other dogs in the neighborhood. So, we decided to go with this underground fence after extensive research of other brands. I'm very satisfied with our purchasethe installation took about 3-4 hours total.

We installed the fence on approximately 3/4 of an acre. My husband used his tractor and lowered 1 of the 4 plow feet on a box blade attachment to dig the trench around the yard. This was VERY simple and took about 20 minutes. Then we just placed the wire in the trench and buried it, which took about an hour and a half or so. Take note, we had to twist wire back to the box across a spot in our yard so the dogs could run across it without getting shocked. We also had to place it across our driveway, so my husband used a skill saw with a masonry blade to cut a line across it. After laying the wire in the line, we covered it with asphalt patching compound (caulk-like substance). This took about an hour. Then the easy part-placing the flags. This took about 20 minutes.

We used the collar that came with the system for our lab, and then we bought the Petsafe PUL-275 In-Ground Deluxe Ultralight Collar with Radio Receiver for our boston terrier, which is a great fit. It is compatible with this Sportdog system. Our lab caught on VERY quickly. She got shocked about 2 times, and that was enough for her. When she hears the beep now, she runs back into the yard. Our boston on the other hand is a stubborn guy, and he got shocked about 7-8 times before he finally realized "hey, maybe I shouldn't go past those white flags!". They both understand the boundaries now, and we plan to leave the flags up for another month or so to make sure. It's such a relief being able to drive away without them chasing after me. I highly recommend this product if you're looking to contain your dogs.

I have this Sport Dog Unit installed on 3 acres of my property. Each of my four German Shorthairs has a collar and I have never had any issues with them leaving the yard after the first week of installing the underground fence. There are a few main reasons I bought this unit over the many other brands and models out there.

First, the collars by Sport Dog use a 9 volt battery. The batteries seem to last about a year. Many of the other collars on the market use large watch batteries and don't last more than two months.

Second, the sending unit has an adjustable power output. There is a hi low switch and a variable gain dial. This is really important for training and also allows you to adjust the unit for the method you chose to install the wire. For training, you can turn the gain up which will increase the distance, up to about 50 feet, that the beep and shock start from the wire. Once the dogs are used to the concept, you can turn the gain down so it goes off closer to the wire. I have mine set at about 7 or 8 feet. The other more important part of this is for the install. First, if you are going to install this in a large area, greater than one acre, I would not use the wire that comes with the unit. I bought a 2500 foot roll of single strand 12 gauge copper wire for $60.00. I would recommend doing the same as the wire that comes with the unit is very thin and breaks easily. You can install the wire with a shovel or a ditch witch. I put my wire down about 14 inches with a ditch witch. Because of this, my gain is turned up higher as the wire is deeper in the ground. If the wire was 2 inches in the ground like most of the professional fence companies put it then the gain would be turned down for the same effect.

Third, this unit has a very load noise that comes from the unit should the wire break or get damaged. This is nice as things do happen, utility companies, tree roots, corrosion, etc... If you put the main unit in your garage attached to your house you will definitely know if something is wrong with your connection.

If you are looking for an underground fence, this is the best unit available.

Want SportDOG 100-Acre In-Ground Pet Fence System, SDF-100A Discount?

I can't recommend this enough. The collar is built like a tank, it vibrates along with beeping before the shock (most just beep), and it takes standard 9 volt batteries. Personally, I didn't want to have to buy special batteries for the other collars, and I didn't want to have to worry about waiting for it to re-charge should it ever run dead. The transmitter in this package will also work with most PetSafe collars, so if you have more dogs for which a smaller collar would be desirable, they are also options (our English Setter doesn't seem to mind the weight of the included collar). We also liked that we were able to mount the receiver for this unit on a collar of our choosing our dog likes cloth collars better, so we're going to move the receiver from the stock plastic/rubber collar to a cloth collar.

We called Invisible Fence and they wanted $300 for the collar, and $300 for the transmitter, and more for the training. We were a bit nervous about training our English Setter by ourselves, but after just one session, it became clear that the pup was going to figure it out very quickly. We started out showing him the boundary for ~5-10 minutes with the collar in vibrate only mode (during which time he mostly ignored it), and after that, we moved on to the instructions that are included with the unit, and set the collar to the lowest shock level (I tried it on my hand not that bad).

After one or two shocks, our dog pretty much got the hang of it. Amazing. We're still planning on following through with the rest of the instructions, but after 20 minutes of training he already knows that beep & vibrate means "turn around".

Super easy to install & set up. I also bought a lightning strike protector separately seems like a good investment, although if you choose to ground the transmitter (I did not), it shouldn't be necessary. Since this transmitter doesn't have a batter backup, I bought an uninterruptible power supply from newegg for $40 should keep it going for a few hours so that we can bring the dog in should the power ever go out.

Total cost of this unit with a few accessories (flags, splices, lightning protector, etc.) was less than $250. Considering that Invisible Fence wanted over $750 for a transmitter (installed), collar, and training (but no wire we already had that), this thing was a steal.

One more note unless you truly have tons of land, although this is a great system, you probably don't need the added range that it offers (although it does work just fine on smaller fences). We have ~12 acres, and I bought it "just to make sure it had enough power", and with ~3 acres fenced (we plan on expanding it), I have it set to about half power in the "low" range. This creates a correction zone about ~25-30 feet wide (we want him to have to go through a lot to escape we live on a 55mph road).

Steel Coated Dog Collar in Purple

Platinum Pets 22-Inch by 4mm Steel Coated Dog Collar, PurpleI bought 3 of these Choker Chains in the 26" Length in Pink, Purple & Blue. The Choker Chains are Very Sturdy & thick, BUT the Color Coating on them could stand some Improvement! When I Received the Chains in the mail, All 3 Chains had Paint chipped off of them & missing! Disappointing!!! The Color of the chains are Awesome....but the technique used in bonding the paint to the metal chains could stand to be Improved!! Other than the Color chipping off of these chains, they're a good Sturdy Choker. Just be forewarned....the paint WILL Chip off of these!

I initially ordered this one size smaller and the quality was great. Reordered 1 size larger and a total of 5 of this type in different sizes and colors. Paint quality was not great. On 3 of them the paint must not have dried before they put it in the plastic hangers, as those three had very sharp paint edges sticking up. The colors are all beautiful (I ordered electric blue, candy apple red, bubble gum pink, purple, and lime green.) What a shame there isn't better quality control on this product. Incidently, as the length goes up; the the links are larger and much heavier. The 20 inch collar I bought is actually quite heavy a little too heavy, I think, for the gentler breeds

Leather Brothers Italian Basket Dog Muzzle

Leather Brothers Italian Basket Dog Muzzle, Tan, Size 1Great product. Highly durable and dependable. No more dog bites. The only thing that I would consider a negative for this item is that it is advertised as leather when the face mask is hard plastic.

We live in south Florida and if you are familiar with Bufo Toads then you know how dangerous they are, the poison they sequestrate out their glands on their back will kill a dog in minutes. My mother has a American Water Spaniel puppy, who lunges at everything so this is keeping him safe as he learns. Great quality.

Bungee Pupee3-Feet X-Large Leash, Pink/Black

Bungee Pupee3-Feet X-Large Leash, Pink/BlackI am absolutely mad for this leash!!!!!! I've had my bungee leash for about 2 1/2 years now. Its still in great condition and works just as wonderfully as the first day I've purchased. It makes dog walking so much simpler. I have an English Bull Terrier and even the small kids can walk my dog with ease. I think this leash is a necessity for dog owners and lovers across America!!!! I've recommended this leash to every single one of my friends. I love it and I don't think I could ever go back to a regular nylon leash. It is SUPER affordable as well as durable. I think all my pet-owner friends know what they'll be getting for Christmas this year. A truly innovative product!!!!!

The Bungee Pupee is a great product to use on a dog that pulls! It is very strong and the resistance prevents walking the dog from hurting your arm if the dog pulls you. The 3ft has a nice length but still puts you in control. i reccommend this product for large strong dogs. It has worked for me!

I love it and strongly recommend it!

The Perfect Leash Walker 35-Inch Polyurethane Dog Leash

The Perfect Leash Walker 35-Inch Polyurethane Dog Leash, PinkThis is a great leash. I have a 70lb and a 45lb dog and they are not good walkers. Since the leash is strecthy it automatically pulls the dogs back so you don't have to yank their leashes. I definately recommend this leash.

Although I was a bit worried when it first came out of the box, being that it was a bit heavier than my normal leash and shorter, one walk outside put all my fears to rest. Not only is it beyond comfortable but the length actually helped. My little guy walks right beside me and when he does randomly stop, which he did quite a bit more before this leash, there is a nice little spring to it which makes for a much gentler tug on my arm.

With some practice with my dog this leash will be great for dogs that are pullers. My dog is over 100 pounds and it's taking time to get her adjusted. The handle is comfortable.

comfortable and sturdy. Easy to use and the bit of spring it has is especially good. We have two 70+ lbs dogs one who walks great and one who doesn't so well and the leashes have been good for both of them.

Having gone through many anti pull harnesses and leashes with no success, I was skeptical about the perfect leash. How wrong was I as It does exactly what it says it will and stops the pulling. Dogs and I are both happier but only down side is the leash could be longer and if you have a small dog the weight of the leash can bother them.

Plaid Pillow Dog Bed with Berber Top

Zack & Zoey Red Polyester/Cotton Plaid Pillow Dog Bed with Berber Top, MediumThe cover has a very heavy chemical smell. Neither the dog nor the cats would come near it. After washing, it was much improved and did not shrink. The inside "cushion" was filled with loose fiberfill, which was lumpy and wadded up into balls. The dog doesn't seem to care, but it is NOT quality at all. I would not buy this again.

This item arrived on time but unfortunately it is not something I would recommend. The picture shows a fluffy pillow stuffed and ready for a pup to snuggle into, however the product that arrived is simply under stuffed. I will spend another 10 dollars on batting and stuff this product. A standard pillow would provide more comfort.

If you have outdoor dogs, think about buying another one. If your dogs are still in the chewing stage, definitely buy another one. I found this in the yard, in about 1,000 pieces and it was not easy and incredibly frustrating to pick up. For a smaller, indoor dog, I see it working perfectly.

The stuffing does not hold up ~ it's now flat & lumpy.....no comfort for my aging dog whatsoever. He's had a few beds over the past 12.5 years that have all been great & held up well....this one is terrible. Beyond the stuffing being a mess ~ I've taken it out of the zippered cover a few times to wash it (that's a main reason I bought this one bc my dog has skin issues & things need to be washed frequently including him LOL).......the thin layer of covering on the stuffing has ripped bc it is flimsy & cheap even when I'm being incredibly gentle trying to remove it. I've never had this problem with any other bed. It's just not a quality product in the slightest. Don't waste your money.

We have purchased the variety pack a few times already and will keep on buying them!

These little cookies are a real find! They contain no wheat or corn, are small enough not to interfere with your dog's diet, and are loved by our four doggies! I have had a written correspondence with the company president who seems to be someone with high standards and ethics. I buy these 10 at a time. Currently, "the kids" are enjoying the banana flavored ones. They surely love their "nanners"! Can't recommend them highly enough. Pet Buddies PB1715 Googlie Rocky Rabbit Large Toy

Pet Buddies PB1715 Googlie Rocky Rabbit Large ToyI love this toy. My dog was so determined to destroy it as she has all her other toys. She chewed on the thing until she fell asleep. On day two after great effort, she was finally able to gnaw off a leg (but that's it!) It is definitely durable and I doubt it will end up in the trash any time soon. It was definitely worth the $8.37 I paid for it.

This toy is great for larger breed dogs with strong jaws. It takes a fairly good "bite" and "chomp" to get the squeaker to make any sound. Very durable and a great gum massage for the pup who can get their mouth around it. The first thing to get chewed off are the little stumpy legs and the ends of the ears. Otherwise this toy has survived the test of puppy hood! I love the comic quality of it.
